Then, once I arrived at the dealership to make the purchase, the sales consultant (Craig Sargent) took over and was very professional, extremely detailed, and ensured each of our questions were answered and any concerns addressed. I have purchased a number of new vehicles over the years and I can say without reservation, this was the best experience ever.
