My wife wanted a Lexus GS 350 F Sport and Infiniti of Chantilly had the exact model and even the color she wanted in stock in their used car inventory. Having purchased, owned and serviced an Infiniti at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly, I knew I would receive fantastic customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by my first name by Makenzie McDonald and treated like an old friend. Working with Chuck Vanderwall was a pleasure. He was professional, courteous, had excellent knowledge of the vehicle I wished to purchase and understood my needs. The purchasing process from walking in the door, test drive, paperwork and finance was quick and seamless and I was literally in and out in under two hours having received a great deal on a great vehicle that my wife loves. Chuck's follow-up after the sale to ensure I was happy reaffirmed the reason I continue to come back. Even though I purchased a Lexus, I also have great piece of mind in knowing that I can bring it in to this dealership for routine maintenance with a fantastic service team. Chuck Vanderwall asked if he could be of help and we told him that we were just looking. He never once pressure us to buy but was nice enough to spend time to answer any questions we had. Well, we went back at the end of February and Chuck greeted us again and helped my wife with her purchase. From the time we walked in and talked with Chuck and then worked with their finance team we were treated like we were the only customers in the dealership.
