He also made me feel comfortable as a woman buyer. He treated me like royalty. I had never owned an Infiniti, so he showed me all of the features of the car. Best of all, he set up my navigation for my home address and downloaded my phone book for Bluetooth. The finance guy was easy to deal with. The service guys made the car look immaculate! I dreaded even reaching out once we decided to replace our Infiniti... Have always hated the car buying experience. But enter Chuck Vanderwall, George Khalil and Marcus Dejesus. We had just refinanced our home and the closed accounts temporarily impacted our credit. We realt didn't plan this well LOL!
