Beware-Beware-Beware!!! Snakes within!!!! I wrote a review on April 17, 2016 praising my salesman (Joshua Brown) and the dealership as a whole but as of today January 24, 2020 I change my orig I wrote a review on April 17, 2016 praising my salesman (Joshua Brown) and the dealership as a whole but as of today January 24, 2020 I change my original view and perspective of that salesman (Joshua Brown) and dealership. I originally went in with a pre-approved check from my credit union to purchase a vehicle; after some questions Joshua Brown asked if it was ok for him to talk to his finance manager and team to see if they could beat terms of my agreement with my credit union. I stated “sure go ahead”. He came back with his offer that we agreed upon because it met my specific terms requested. Initially I felt comfortable and a level of trust so I signed off on the paperwork and finalized the deal. However, in review of the terms of the agreement I noticed that the paperwork shows that the terms is for 72 months instead of the 60 months I specifically agreed upon. So, with that being said I acknowledge that I made an error in trusting a salesman and the dealership as well as not paying close attention to every detail typed/printed on the contract agreement. And the lesson in total is “don’t trust the snakes(Joshua Brown,Finance Dept. and etc.) that I encountered” and review all paperwork with a fine toothed comb/magnifying glass to make sure they don’t get over on you... Beware-Beware-Beware!!!! More

Not example customer friendly after purchase. Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis I am writing this after having waited for assistance from this dealership (Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis). I paid cash Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis I am writing this after having waited for assistance from this dealership (Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis). I paid cash for a used vehicle, with the understanding that I would be registering the vehicle in Texas, as I am a military veteran. For starters, after paying for the vehicle, it was agreed that the vehicle would be delivered to my local address, the day of, Greg Shields states that he had appointments and would try to get the vehicle delivered, you would be right if you assumed that that didn't happen. So I had to make last minute arrangements, to have someone drive me to the dealership. On to the next issue, only after calling my local Texas DMV to get an update, did I find out that even at roughly 3 weeks, no paperwork was submitted by this dealership. The response I was given, was that that's why they give a 60 day temporary registration. Not only that, it became apparent that no one knew what needed to be done in this situation. After more inquiring, I was told that I had to get my vehicle inspected in either Virginia or Texas, lucky for me I was in Texas, and got the vehicle the same day. Days later and into the following week, there was still no paperwork submitted to the Texas DMV, I called and found out that they just received the title. So I said just send me the documents and I'll handle it from there. There was issues with the original owners credit union in which was not sufficient for me to register and title the vehicle, once again, this dealership was of no help, even contacting Greg Shields, who personally worked with me on purchasing this vehicle. I also spoke with at least 2 other employees at this dealership, was told that I would be contacted and that never happened, to even leaving voicemails on no return call. I will say, they are slow with doing business, even with paying cash, I made this a very simple and easy buy, but I experienced that after payment, they're not as helpful as you'd expect after purchasing a vehicle. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in personally buying a vehicle, and I've had 4 previous vehicles. I will seek out more platforms to review this dealership and leave my experience in hopes that they will treat their customers better after the initial sell of a vehicle and or potential buyers can beware of what others have experienced at this dealership. More

I walked out the door within an hour of ending the test drive with a deal that was beyond my expectations with financing at a lower rate than my own bank of 15 years could produce. I can honestly say this is the first car buying experience that was actually pleasant! More

Great buying experience I had a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle. Everyone was friendly, gracious and extremely helpful, starting with Dennis Hunt, who was my sales I had a wonderful experience buying a used vehicle. Everyone was friendly, gracious and extremely helpful, starting with Dennis Hunt, who was my salesperson. He actually picked me up from the train 30 min away and was very low pressure, took his time even though he had to stay late because of me. I have never met a nicer salesperson. The good experience continued with Oliver Hong and Max Cho, who walked me through the buying process and made like they had all the time in the world, although it was quite late.
