Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis

Mike made buying my first Infiniti easy. I found them on the Internet and sent them an email to which he promptly replied. From there I let him know which car was the best fit for me and he gave me their price (which by the way was the best I found). It was so easy through just a few emails back and forth. Then we spoke on the phone to iron out the details which was very pleasant, quick, and no-pressure. He set up a time for me to come in and check out the car, ,but since I had already test driven my chosen car (Infiniti G37x sedan) at a local dealership a couple of times he offered to save me the trip and just drive the car up to me...in NJ!! I've had it a couple of weeks and am still "Wowed" by the ease of this car-buying experience. More

I purchased a used Accord from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis. I did not feel pressured in any aspect of this transaction. We negotiated and could not agree. After I drove it off the lot, I had a problem with the keyless locks. I took it back and they fixed the problem without a hassle or a charge. They even provided a loaner car. When I came to pick up the Accord I got there just a minute after closing. Mr. Hunt saw me and immediately went back to the service area and found someone to complete the paperwork and give me my keys. He even went out on the lot and brought the car to me. I am from PA, they dropped the ball on my tags/title, my temp tag ran out, now I have a car with no plates. Followed up repeatedly, my concerns & complaints went completely ignored by everyone, even the GM temp tag ran out, now I have a car with no plates. I absolutely love the service at Sheehy Infiniti. I was actually closer to JBA but I made the trip to buy my G especially out there because my salesperson was so nice.
