We bought our 2010 G37 at Sheehy in June and are very happy with every aspect of our experience at Sheehy. Dennis Hunt was with us every step of the way. Previously, I contacted him by email and he provided me with the information on various models and prices. His information made the decision to visit Sheehy an easy one. Once at the dealership, he made sure we had a long test drive which highlighted the great handling and features of the G37. Throughout negotiations, he listened to us and ensured that all our needs were met. Then, Chris Prender ensured that our loan contained the terms we needed. After the car was brought out for us to drive home, Dennis again sat with us and taught us how to work various features of the vehicle. From start to finish our experience at Sheehy was an extremely positive one, and we are recommending Sheehy to our friends. More

Our test drive lasted longer than the close-out process because Dennis ensured we experienced every option under varying driving conditions. We arrived late in the afternoon and stayed well past closing; we never felt pressured or hurried and everyone involved ensured we were satisfied with every step along the way. We bought our 2010 G37xS at Sheehy in mid-May and are very happy with every aspect of our experience at Sheehy. Nick Suter (the internet manager) was fantastic from beginning to end, answered every quest very happy with every aspect of our experience at Sheehy. Nick Suter (the internet manager) was fantastic from beginning to end, answered every question I had and provided me with straight up information. I contacted him by email letting him know what car and what options I was interested in and he provided me with the car that (almost) matched what I wanted. Nick was very responsive over email, answering all my questions, and providing the internet price. He made the decision to buy the car from Sheehy an easy one to make. When we came to finalize the deal, the experience was just as smooth in person as it had been over email. It took about 2.5 hours for the test drive, car prep, and finance paper work to be completed. What a great experience! That is all I can say. I have never had so upfront dealings when buying a car in life. Drove 3 hours to get there and it was definitely worth it. I am from PA, they dropped the ball on my tags/title, my temp tag ran out, now I have a car with no plates. Followed up repeatedly, my concerns & complaints went completely ignored by everyone, even the GM temp tag ran out, now I have a car with no plates. Followed up repeatedly, my concerns & complaints went completely ignored by everyone, even the GM. I won't return to this dealer. I absolutely love the service at Sheehy Infiniti. I was actually closer to JBA but I made the trip to buy my G especially out there because my salesperson was so nice. I had offers from other dealerships actually closer to JBA but I made the trip to buy my G especially out there because my salesperson was so nice. I had offers from other dealerships that tried to beat my price but Sheehy took care of any other offers and still gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had! If you are buying ANY new or used Infiniti go to Sheehy, they are great! More
I took my '03 G35C in for an issue with the trunk not working, an oil change, and to get a noise checked out. Turns out I needed a new trunk connector (harness), drive belt replacement, and my rear afte working, an oil change, and to get a noise checked out. Turns out I needed a new trunk connector (harness), drive belt replacement, and my rear aftermarket sways were creaking. I asked Pat to show me where the issue was with the sways and how to fix them. Even though he was obviously busy he took the time to lift up my car, show me the sways, and told me how to clean and stop the noise. The Service Advisors were courteous and professional and the waiting areas are comfortable with free coffee/hot chocolate, complimentary drinks, and donuts. I will definitely be going to Sheehy Infiniti for my work. More
