I just purchased an Infinity G37 convertable from Sheehy Infinity. This is the 4th car that I have purchased from a Sheehy dealership. That should say something there. In this case, Dennis Hunt and the entire organization were exceptionally good. Dennis called me on Friday to follow up on a previous call and by Monday I had the car delivered to me in VA. Not only did he get me the exact car and price I wanted, he arranged financing, trade in (sight unseen at a fair price) and delivery. I work in sales an appreciate just how good these guys are. Easiest purchase I have evr made! More

We drove up from Virginia Beach to get our new G37X sedan. Everyone within the dealership we came in contact with were very friendly. Dennis did an excellent job of going over all of the vehicle feat sedan. Everyone within the dealership we came in contact with were very friendly. He even went as far as to call us later in the evening to make sure we had made it home safely and that the vehicle meet our expectations during our commute. He went the extra mile for sure and emphasized during his check up phone call that he was only a phone call away if we encountered any questions or concerns with our car. This delareship was very easy to deal with. Dennis was a great to work with and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was very professional, yet personable. Although there were other customers at the dealership, I felt as though he was focused on making sure that I understood everything and was satisfied with my car. After signing some paperwork, Dennis also introduced me to all of the staff members. Everyone was very friendly and had a really good sense of humor. I look forward to working with each of them in the future. I was also happy with the speed of service I received. One of my sorority sisters had driven me to Annapolis and wasn't going to leave until I had my car. However, the particular G37x sedan that I wanted was at another dealership. We were expecting to wait a few hours for them to acquire the vehicle and clean it up. My friend and I ran some errands. Before we could make it back home, I received a phone call saying that the car was at the Annapolis dealership and would be ready for me to pick up shortly. Dennis did a final run through with me to make sure the car was everything I wanted. The guys even washed my friend's car for her before she left :) Dennis didn't just sell me a car and then push me out the door. He has continued to be helpful and has called to check-in with me to see how things are going. And yesterday when I was driving, I had a question about the car so I just called Dennis on his cell phone. He picked up right away (it was around 9:15am) and provided me with the answer I needed. Other than the excitement of driving a brand new car, the experience usually associated with new-car buying is stressful and most often frustrating. My experience with the staff of Sheehy Infiniti has been quite the opposite for more than a year now. I went to the dealership to get my oil changed on my '08 M45 and ended up leaving with an '11 M56S. The two largest reasons for doing that was my desire for the new car and the non-pressured, proffessional approach of salesman Dennis Hunt. Dennis is completely down-to-earth and helpful, all while not displaying those all too traditional, high-pressure tactics that turn me off immediately. For those people looking to contact a dealership and a salesperson, I highly recommend using this dealership and Dennis. This is my second car purchased from this location and all aspects of the dealership continue to impress me. Thank you More

Wow! I live 8 miles from an Infinity dealership, Wow! I live 8 miles from an Infinity dealership, 16 miles from another, and 26 miles from Sheehy Infinity Annapolis. DENNIS HUNT is the reason Wow! I live 8 miles from an Infinity dealership, 16 miles from another, and 26 miles from Sheehy Infinity Annapolis. DENNIS HUNT is the reason I chose Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis to buy my new car. Mr Hunt work with me via internet for over 6 weeks. During these weeks I called other Infinity dealers in the area to get the best price and to see if they had the car that I wanted. I got feed back from some but Mr Hunt was so thorough it was as if he was a close relative. He made sure I was aware of what styles and options were available for my G37 quoted me several prices for different models. I ended up going with the Blue Slate G37 sport 6 speed manual transmission. The car I wanted was actually at another Dealership that was closer than Annapolis. I knew this from the research I had done on my own and could have easily gone to the closer dealership to purchase the car. The only problem is that I would probably not have bought that car if Dennis was not my Salesperson. He was the only salesperson that i spoke too that had A+ customer service. So I called him and we arranged to get it shipped down there! That's right a transporter was going to drive that car right past my house then 26 miles down to Annapolis to Dennis's Dealership where i would pick it up. We worked some financing out over the phone and Dennis talked to the finance department for me to ensure i would qualify for the best rate before i took the trip down. I arrived 30 minutes before close and Mr Hunt was there to greet me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. He offered me refreshments and right to business. We worked on my trade and suprisingly it was very fair they even threw in some money for two brand new tires I no longer needed. Worked the finacing out with a very experienced Chris Prender. This man really knows how to do his job. A very efficent young man that was flexible and understanding at the same time. My car arrived from the other dealership and after reviewing all the great options I was on my way. The whole wonderful experience made me want to go out and sell my car and buy another from Dennis again. I don't think anyone can learn customer service skills on this level, at least without comming off "cheezy" Again Dennis Hunt is a truley Genuine caring Car Salesman, I am in no way shape or form related to him although he made me feel as I was part of a special family. Knowing what I know now about him, I would drive 500 miles past 100's of car lots just to give him my business.
