This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. This was my first large scale purchase on the internet and I expected the worse. I didn't know much about the vehicle I intended purchasing a car. This was my first large scale purchase on the internet and I expected the worse. I didn't know much about the vehicle I intended to purchase, never having test driven one, therefore I had lots of questions. I changed the type of vehicle and options after being quoted a price no less than 3 times. Each time Dennis just went with the flow and searched his inventory for the type vehicle I "thought" I wanted at the time. He never showed signs of frustration and was always courteous and professional. The car had to be delivered to me, a 4.5 hour drive. Because of my work schedule, I couldn't meet Dennis at my home until 6 p.m. He arrived promptly at 6 p.m. I tried to rush him through his familiarizing me with the vehicle so that he could begin his 4.5 hour return trip but he would have none of that. He took his time and showed me all the car's features from stem to stern. His product knowledge was very impressive. There was nothing I asked that he couldn't answer. In short, this was the ideal car buying experience for me and I'd definitely recommend "MY" salesman who I now consider a friend, to anyone with absolutely no reservations. JAMES A. TYREE JR More

Not sure where to start.....I'm an unusual buyer, as I was an out of state buyer (Delaware) and had purchased from Sheehy in the past. I had a prior G35X that was a lease, and Dennis Hunt and I had bee was an out of state buyer (Delaware) and had purchased from Sheehy in the past. I had a prior G35X that was a lease, and Dennis Hunt and I had been in touch earlier in my lease about possibly trading up. In early February, Dennis called to let me know about an on-going lease upgrade promo. We talked numbers, and agreed on a great price. Now the problem was finding the vehicle I wanted. I'm pretty certain Dennis scoured half the east coast looking for my vehicle - and overtime we found it....it had been sold from under our feet. But Dennis persisted, and ultimately got the car. Chris Prender (the finance manager) was my former sales person.....and helped make the numbers ultimately work for me. Now...the best part - DELIVERY: I live about 100 miles north of Annapolis. Last time, and this time, Sheehy Infiniti graciously agreed to deliver the vehicle to my house. We made an appointment, and Dennis showed up on time. The car was in great shape (unfortunately a little dirty) as it was raining on the way up....not much could have been done about that. Dennis and I reviewed all the paperwork in my kitchen, signed the appropriate documents, put on the temp tag. He then helped me change over the wheel locks from my prior car. Then we went over the new vehicle - which while very similar - had a few new tricks that I had to learn. He walked me through customizing the vehicle to my liking - incredibly patient. There was not a stone left untouched on the car for us to review. Finally, Dennis left with my prior car to return to the dealer. What a painless experience - there was never any real pressure in this transaction. And delivery was to my convenience. I couldn't have had a better experience and Dennis made it all perfect!. More

Where do I begin! I have been researching an Infiniti M35X for a while and I decided to visit Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis website. I noticed they had a large number of quality vehicles, so I reached out M35X for a while and I decided to visit Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis website. I noticed they had a large number of quality vehicles, so I reached out to a salesperson where I met Dennis Hunt. Mr Hunt kept in contact until my actual visit which was on 2/7/11. I test drove two vehicles with no intentions on purchasing neither; However I purchased a 2007 M35X fully loaded with voice navigation, bourbon color leather and the list goes on. I am totally pleased with my purchase and when the finance options were not correct, Mr. Hunt went back to the drawing table for me until they were. (If you visit this dealership and you have a trade vehicle, make sure you bring your title because you be purchasing a new one)!!!!!! Thanks Sheehy VIP Member, Mike. More
I agree with all of the great reviews of Dennis Hunt. I was not looking forward to buying a car ever again from a dealer showroom, but Dennis Hunt and Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis surprised me with respect was not looking forward to buying a car ever again from a dealer showroom, but Dennis Hunt and Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis surprised me with respectful,caring service. Like everyone else, I love the new car experience. The only thing I HATE is the actual "car-buying" experience. To me, visiting a dealership is like stepping into the lion's den -- not so at Sheehy Infiniti. My wife and I had previously leased an Infiniti through Sheehy about 3 years ago. Although we were considering leasing another Infiniti, we had our eye on 2 other makes. Of our 3 dealership experiences throughout the evaluation process, Sheehy was CLEARLY the friendliest, fairest and most enjoyable. Mind you, the Infiniti M37x ended up being the best choice of all the models we were considering. However, the Sheehy purchasing experience was really the icing on the cake. Their internet pricing was fair and right up front. Our salesman, Dennis Hunt, instinctively picked up on the things that annoy us about the car-buying experience and made EVERY effort to avoid those things. His email and telephone communications were courteous, pressure- and hassle-free, fair and honest. He even calmed our fears after the purchase about dealer paint/interior protection options after internet research raised numerous questions. Of particular note, we pay attention to how other customers are treated while we are at the dealership. While awaiting the paperwork processing for our vehicle, we overheard another salesman place a telephone call to another recent customer just to say "Happy Holidays" and to make sure they were still pleased with their purchase. That alone speaks volumes about Sheehy Infiniti and their customer care. And on top of all of this, they actually had the fairest pricing of all the dealerships we visited. If we decide to lease a 3rd Infiniti, there is no question that we would return to Sheehy for another fair deal with a primary focus on customer service. The only question is, why can't all dealerships operate this way? More
