I walked into the dealership hoping to obtain information about purchasing an extended warranty for my current G37S coupe. I thought I’d ask about the new convertible since I’ve wanted to own one since 2009 about purchasing an extended warranty for my current G37S coupe. I thought I’d ask about the new convertible since I’ve wanted to own one since 2009. I felt comfortable about the deal from start to finish because I felt no pressure to purchase. In fact, I told the salesperson upfront that I wasn’t ready to buy and that I didn’t want to waste his time. He said it was no trouble and that he was happy to give me information I could use when I was ready to make the purchase. He even offered to appraise my car so we work with real numbers. I was shocked at how much they were willing to give me for my trade-in. It was actually a fair amount. After my test drive and working through the finance numbers I was happy with the deal. This was my 4th coupe G series purchase. I love this car and was finally able to afford the convertible!! The car combined with the excellent customer service I received from Dennis Hunt, Mark Ryan and sales manager Joe Erculiani of Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis made this purchase outstanding!! Everyone was professional, patient and accommodating. The icing on the cake was Dennis telling me about dealership’s luxury VIP club!! Joining the VIP club entitles me to special services and discounts for the lifetime I own my new G37S convertible!! What could be better?!! My experience at sheehy infiniti of annapolis was excellent. Particularly my salesman, Dennis Hunt. Dennis is one of the nicest guys you can meet and was always pleasant. Thats one of my biggest issues with buying a car is all the time it takes to finalize the deal. But with Dennis the process was seamless and very smooth. Also I didnt trade my current car in so I needed someone to follow me home all the way to Northern Virginia with my new car. Guess who did it? Thats right, my man Dennis Hunt. I recommend this dealership to anyone trying to buy a car, used or new. But I really suggest you talk to Dennis Hunt to get the VIP treatment. More

Every one we talked to was extremely knowlegeable, friendly and patient. They took the time to explain EVERYTHING!
