To me, my car is a sanctuary. As I began my search for a new car, I aspired of entering a vehicle that not only provides comfort, class, and performance, but also makes me feel like I made the best decision new car, I aspired of entering a vehicle that not only provides comfort, class, and performance, but also makes me feel like I made the best decision each and every single time I step inside. Nick Suter helped me accomplish that dream not only with professionalism, but with a personal feel I’ve never experienced from any company in my entire life, no exaggeration. He worked with me night and day, ensuring I was beyond satisfaction with any question I had in search of finding my next sanctuary. Unfortunately, it wasn’t immediately a smooth transition into my dream. I’ll begin in telling you that I had approached a local Infiniti dealer in my hometown of South Jersey, which I was moving from in the coming week and relocating to Maryland. I had to make a quick decision, as I had sold off my previous car and was looking to enter into a lease. The gentleman at my local Infiniti dealership would do nothing but play games with me both figuratively and literally. I was trying to make an educated, large financial decision, and all he wanted to do was tell me about himself. I was there for the car and nothing else. Nevertheless, I endured his arrogant personality and lack of intimate technical knowledge for this beautiful machine and opted for a test drive. After all, this was about the car for me. I drove a G37 Coupe with the Navigation and Premium packages. I loved every minute of it once I blocked out the babbling faux-know-it-all. After talking a bit of numbers, he returned three times from his manager, each time above my reasonable yet generous budget. I bid him a farewell and let him know I’d think about his now ridiculous pricing scheme. Now this is when things got good, as soon as I picked up the phone and made a call to Sheehy of Annapolis, the first and only contact I spoke to was Nick. I told him the price of my local Infiniti dealership and in his exact words, “Yea, we can do that.” No validation necessary, just straight up, up front, no bull. This made me think I wasn’t getting the best deal possible from my local dealer if he just accepted this deal from a stranger. After a few moments I began to feel insulted. I decided against letting the local dealer waste my time, and promptly shredded their business cards. Clearly Nick deserved my time more than anyone right now. It wasn’t much time however, that I had a smile from ear to ear and was sitting in my brand new Vibrant Red G37S Coupe to which he himself drove from Alexandria, VA that next morning (He even chugged a monster or two before the drive to ensure his alertness). I picked it up and drove it home that next morning! Through Nick’s professionalism and carefully groomed personality, he was able to make an instant connection with me that I can see will last for years to come as an Infiniti owner. Additionally, because of Nick, I cannot wait for my next Infiniti purchase. More

I picked up the phone and decided to call Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis after talking to a few other dealerships. That was my first mistake. I should have called Sheehy first. Our transaction was done completely over the phone as Nick was super professional about returning my emails/phone calls/text. He was able to get me a deal within a few hours after calling him that made the most sense to me. Not only did Nick send me pictures of the car in the rain, he even drove the car to me and signed the papers at my office. I never had to visit the showroom throughout the entire deal. I honestly was not looking to move so fast on a car since I had a few months left on my lease but Nick was extremely pleasant, patient, and understanding and knew exactly where I stood. He laid out the best offer and I had to jump on it. I would highly recommend Nick! Not only did he sell me a car, but he is also very friendly and I made a new friend that I can trust. I love my 2011 Infiniti G37x coupe and look forward to staying with Infiniti, especially Sheehy with their great incentives and customer service! Are you Kidding me, Sheehy Infiniti delivered my 2011 Infiniti EX35 to my door and took my trade-in away. They will work a deal for you go see them. In fact, I told the salesperson upfront that I wasn’t ready to buy and that I didn’t want to waste his time. He said it was no trouble and that he was happy to give me information I could use when I was ready to make the purchase. He even offered to appraise my car so we work with real numbers. I was shocked at how much they were willing to give me for my trade-in. It was actually a fair amount. After my test drive and working through the finance numbers I was happy with the deal.
