They are very unprofessional. I was given a price on the phone and asked to come in so that I could finalize the deal. When I reached Sheehy Infiniti, they would not honor the price they gave me and tried phone and asked to come in so that I could finalize the deal. This is my second purchase from this dealership in the last year and the customer service on my wife's car is what brought me back to replace my car. I came in with a set payment in mind and was initially looking at a sedan. After a test drive in an M45s I realized my initial thoughts of what I needed had changed. Dennis was very patient and took the time to show me other options. When I finally found a car that interested me he then went the extra mile and looked for ways to get the payment down to meet my budget. (I did some reserach online and the price they gave me was well below others of like milage and condition) The car had just come in and hadn't even been inspected yet so I had to wait until the next day to complete the purchase. When I showed up everything was ready. The car was beautifully detailed and washed inside and out. It turns out that during the inspection they found the original tires had some cupping and made excessive noise/vibration so they put brand new tires on it! I've bought many used cars over the years and have had to demand new tires on a car when they had tires in questionable condition. How refreshing for them to put new ones on without a word from me. Well I just got home with my beautiful G37s coupe and absolutely love it. Many thanks not only to Dennis but also Chris Prender in the finance office (for getting me a great interest rate) and Lee Holt the General Manager for running a top notch dealership. When the time comes for the next car in our family we will be back and I wouldn't think twice about sending any friends or family to see them. More
