They demonstrated good communication skills; made sure I understood the information given to me and that I was heard. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle - knew enough to answer questions and when to get more information but not too much so that I was inundated with too much information. They looked me in the eye, which to me comes across as honest and reliable. After I left the dealership the customer service did not end! I had some additional questions--Dennis responded late in the evening after having delivered a vehicle out of town. Excellent!! More

He took an extensive amount of time demonstrating and explaining everthing about the car. Not only did he explain everything about the car he included helping us program the radio and our phones, he gave us a complete tour of the dealership and service areas and introduced us to everyone that we may deal with in the future. Our 3 month service appointment was scheduled for us. We have brought many new cars over the years but we have never experienced such customer service, even when we brought our 2006 Infiniti from another dealer. Bought a new 2102 G37x Sedan. There were minor hiccups along the way, but the true test of a good dealership is how the staff handles these issues. Any dealership can sell you a car, and if issues don't along the way, but the true test of a good dealership is how the staff handles these issues. Any dealership can sell you a car, and if issues don't arise, you are lucky but will never know how things will be handled if you are not so lucky. Some dealerships will tell you to suck it up! Not so here. The staff including Bing, Chris, and Lee did an incredible job to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and did everything in their power to make sure I was happy. They worked very hard, and I can't commend them enough. There are several other Infiniti dealerships in my area, but I chose to purchase from Sheehy after reading lots of reviews online, and chatting with the salespeople. I am very glad that I did, and I'm sure you will be too. Nick was incredibly helpful when I came to pick up my car as well. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Well Dennis said he will be right back and returned driving the car right to the front door. After looking the car over and taking a test drive it was perfect. Everthing I was looking for plus. Completed the paperwork and my wife drove it off the lot. Dennis Hunt was a no pressure kind of guy and anyone that comes to a dealership should be treated with respect and kindness just like I was.
