The fact is anyone who goes there pays extra for the NEW FACILITY!! all work is extended labor hours, no respect or discount for Elite members. They will quote you one price and charge a much higher. I was quoted on extended warranty $5300 while I got it elsewhere for $4200 the same. It is Inifiniti and is all good but at this delaership you will pay extra! The ladies who booked my appointment repeatedly told I do not get a loaner?? even after I told them I was Elite member? the service folks did not agree and wanted to give me the loaner but I had already planned my day without the loaner? and had no use for it. My wife and I have been looking for a 2009 or newer g37 for the past four months. We checked out Sheehy Infiniti early on and met Dennis Hunt. As we continued our search, Dennis continued to stay in touch with us about cars that were close to or exactly fit our specifications. I had recently taken on a new job opportunity and was pretty busy and Dennis could realize that I needed some space. That said, he called apologetically but to let me know that a car in our range with our exact specifications had arrived. We showed up two days later just to test drive it. Again, Dennis was appropriately conversational without being pushy. He was patient and answered all of our questions. It was because of his conversational and comfortable approach that we decided to buy. I told Dennis that my dad had sold cars for 20+ years and that he'd reminded me of him. I work in customer service and place an extremely high premium on a customer's experience and Dennis won my business. I would go back to Dennis for another Infiniti any day! More
I arrived on Monday 10/8/2012 for oil change and cruise control was not working from Dover Delaware. I was there approximately two hours before Mark came to me and informed me on how busy they were and of control was not working from Dover Delaware. I accepted the loaner and took my wife to lunch. I returned after three hours and completed my check out. I drove back home which is an hour away and just as I was arriving I received a phone call stating the had seen an oil leak under my car after I departed the dealership. I immediately shut the car off and the car stated smoking under the hood and smoke fiiled the cabin of the car. After letting the car cool I checked the oil stick there was no oil in the car and I have drove this car for an hour. I immediately call the dealership back and they admitted they did something wrong and sent a tow truck for the car. This is a 2009 car with ONLY 6,500 miles and always garage kept. It was in excellent condition . Now, I have a vehicle with a possible damaged engine and a wife whom will not ride in this car again because of the reliability and fear. I have been told the general manager will give me a call to discuss our option and as of 10/10/2012 I have not heard from him. I will keep everyone posted on the outcome of this car and the customer service of this dealership. Today is 10/15/2012 follow-up. I have been in contact with the GM. More
After 7 years of great customer service at Sheehy, when buying a car, it was my first choice. Dennis was professional, thorough, responsive and friendly when I bought my car. He was friendly and patient, even though I came to test drive a car 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Dennis called the prior owner to get the extra key for the car and coordinated the installation of the Resist All purchase I made. The sale went smoothly, efficiently and we even had a good laughs with Dennis and Chris, the sales manager who acted as Finance Manager that night. I appreciated the team work exhibited by the staff and the integrated approach to customer service, where sales works with service and vice versa. The VIP club service is amazing!! Worth every penny! I had my first pick up and delivery service on a crazy busy day, where I didn't have time to visit the dealer. I highly recommend working with Dennis Hunt and this dealership when you are in the market for a new or used car. The used cars don't stay on the lot long though... More
By far the most pleseant used car buying experience I have ever had (and I have had plenty!) I went in looking at one car on the lot and Dennis, an experienced sales rep, listened to my needs and I ende have ever had (and I have had plenty!) I went in looking at one car on the lot and Dennis, an experienced sales rep, listened to my needs and I ended up driving away with another vehicle. Thought I knew what I wanted but his patience led me in another direction. Glad I listened to his opinion, very please with my purchase! I've been in many dealerships but this was the cleanest with a very freindly staff. My last 3 used car purchases have been private sales after a bad experience at a dealership, these professionals have renewed my faith in dealers. Thanks for the great ride and I only expect to return for routine maintenance, or until I get the itch for another vehicle! More

I live over an hour and a half away from the Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis dealership but I continue to make the drive out there over and over again because the staff at Sheehy makes me feel like I am t Infiniti of Annapolis dealership but I continue to make the drive out there over and over again because the staff at Sheehy makes me feel like I am their number one customer every time I pull into their parking lot. It doesn't matter if I am purchasing a vehicle or even just getting my car serviced the staff at Sheehy Infiniti go well above and beyond to make sure that I am totally happy with every aspect of my experience there. The entire staff at Sheehy Infiniti sets the standard by which all other car dealerships should strive to meet. Owning an Infiniti is already a great experience but driving an Infiniti and having Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis as your dealership is an amazing experience.
