I received a level of excellent customer service from Sheehy Infiniti and from Nick Suter in particular that I have never experienced before. Even as a purchaser of a used vehicle, I was treated as if I Sheehy Infiniti and from Nick Suter in particular that I have never experienced before. Even as a purchaser of a used vehicle, I was treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive vehicle on their lot and I appreciate Nick and the Sheehy Infiniti team for not only standing by their vehicles as quality vehicles but also for keeping their promise to provide a smooth and stress free experience. Even though I live over 50 miles away from the dealership, they allowed me to finance and purchase the vehicle with ease. I never even walked into the dealership! They even brought the vehicle and paperwork to my house for me to test drive and if agreed, sign paperwork and purchase. Usually purchasing a vehicle is a stressful experience and I have come to hate walking into dealerships. However, I will gladly work with the Sheehy Infiniti team again...and again...and again!!! I live in Va Beach and was interested in an Infiniti JX35. I visited my local Infinity dealer and was not impressed with them at all. The sales person had very little knowledge of the JX35 and was rude JX35. I visited my local Infinity dealer and was not impressed with them at all. The sales person had very little knowledge of the JX35 and was rude to my wife on her visit to the dealer. I was on business in Baltimore and took the opportunity to visit Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis, MD. My sales rep, Nick Suter greeted me and pointed me in the direction of the JX35's while he went for the keys. I selected the model with the options I was interested in and Nick and I went for a mini "road trip" with the JX. Nick answered all my questions and explained and demonstrated the numerous features the Jx35 had. I explained to Nick I was from Va Beach ans was not sure about buying from a dealer 5 hours away. I thanked him and left after spending 4 hours with Nick and the JX35. Nick followed up with me a few days later and I gave him my "wishlist" for a new Infiniti JX35 with almost every option they had, and a color combination I was sure he could not find. @ days later Nick called and said he could have the JX to Sheehy in 2 days and after a little negotiation we had a deal. I drove back to Annapolis with my trade-in ready for I thought would be a few painful hours of paperwork. Nick spent 10 hours(3 getting JX ready) and 7 with me that day. Nick meticulously covered every detail of the car making sure I was comfortable with the operation of all the technology features (Nav, XM,vehicle settings, etc). He also spent over an hour setting up my "Infinity Connection" and "Personal Assistant" which took several calls to tech support to sort out. I met with Rich from finance and her took care of me while Nick worked out the connection problems. I was given lunch and more than enough coffee and soda to keep a family of four happy. I left Sheehy Infiniti was a 2013 Infiniti JX35 and a feeling of being treated like a vip, something my local dealer had no clue of. I would highly recommend doing business with Nick Suter and Sheehy Infiniti and I plan to use them again, even if its a 5 hour drive, they were that good to me. More

We recently purchased a used (barely) G37x from Sheehy Infiniti. I ran into Dennis Hunt several weeks prior to my ultimate purchase while looking at a few used vehicles on their lot. We test drove a car and were interested, but ultimately it wasn't the right fit. Dennis followed up the next day, asked for the specs of my target vehicle and told me he'd be on the lookout. A week later, Dennnis called to inform me that a car just came in meeting our specs. I showed up later that day for a test drive. Dennis was busy with another customer, but Saad Ali took me for the test drive. We had several concerns regarding minor body damage consistent with a used car. (rim rash, paint scratches on the bumper etc) Saad assured us that those would be fixed and "like new." Ultimately we purchased the vehicle. Both Dennis and Saad were outstanding to deal with. Some minor body touch up work and wheel refinishing was included in the transaction. They provided a loaner while the car was being fixed. The work was completed within 2 days. The car looks brand new, absolutely no signs that it was a used vehicle. Dennis and Saad provided class-A customer service from start to finish. All the other folks we dealt with at Sheehy Infiniti (including Chris Prender, the finance manager whose name escapes me, and Tim in service) were class-A as well. Excellent customer service, fair prices, easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a few or used vehicle. More

I brought my Infinity G35 coupe into the dealership for service. It was the first time I'd been there since they moved to their new location. While waiting for my car to be finished, I walked around outsid service. It was the first time I'd been there since they moved to their new location. While waiting for my car to be finished, I walked around outside. I was greeted by Dennis Hunt, to whom I gave the same information. There was no pressure on his part whatsoever for any purchase. I observed someone taking tags off a sporty looking SUV. I asked Dennis about the car, and he said it was being traded in and the owner was inside completing her deal. Long story short-I traded in my coupe; got the used SUV. No hassle; no pressure; only two phone calls to complete the deal I wanted and got. Dennis showed me the bells and whistles on the car and offered more tutorials should they be needed. All in all, a very good experience. Go see Dennis if you are in the market for a new or used car. It's worth it. More
