After a few years of considering a car purchase, I finally did it! Dennis Hunt, my Sales Consultant at Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis made this experience enjoyable and easy. He even took time to introduce many important features of the car (M37) and helped to set the features to my liking. Dennis was not only professional, but he was personable from the very start. The follow-up emails from Dennis and management added another personal touch, and let me not forget the touch up paint that was thrown in the deal….just awesome! Big thanks to Dennis, Rich (Finance) and the entire team for all their efforts and for pleasing their customer (me) to the fullest. More

We recently purchased a used (barely) G37x from Sheehy Infiniti. I ran into Dennis Hunt several weeks prior to my ultimate purchase while looking at a few used vehicles on their lot. We test drove a car and were interested, but ultimately it wasn't the right fit. Dennis followed up the next day, asked for the specs of my target vehicle and told me he'd be on the lookout. A week later, Dennnis called to inform me that a car just came in meeting our specs. I showed up later that day for a test drive. Dennis was busy with another customer, but Saad Ali took me for the test drive. We had several concerns regarding minor body damage consistent with a used car. (rim rash, paint scratches on the bumper etc) Saad assured us that those would be fixed and "like new." Ultimately we purchased the vehicle. Both Dennis and Saad were outstanding to deal with. Some minor body touch up work and wheel refinishing was included in the transaction. They provided a loaner while the car was being fixed. The work was completed within 2 days. The car looks brand new, absolutely no signs that it was a used vehicle. Dennis and Saad provided class-A customer service from start to finish. All the other folks we dealt with at Sheehy Infiniti (including Chris Prender, the finance manager whose name escapes me, and Tim in service) were class-A as well. Excellent customer service, fair prices, easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a few or used vehicle. More

I brought my Infinity G35 coupe into the dealership for service. It was the first time I'd been there since they moved to their new location. While waiting for my car to be finished, I walked around outsid service. It was the first time I'd been there since they moved to their new location. While waiting for my car to be finished, I walked around outside. I was greeted by Dennis Hunt, to whom I gave the same information. There was no pressure on his part whatsoever for any purchase. I observed someone taking tags off a sporty looking SUV. I asked Dennis about the car, and he said it was being traded in and the owner was inside completing her deal. Long story short-I traded in my coupe; got the used SUV. No hassle; no pressure; only two phone calls to complete the deal I wanted and got. Dennis showed me the bells and whistles on the car and offered more tutorials should they be needed. All in all, a very good experience. Go see Dennis if you are in the market for a new or used car. It's worth it. More

I spoke to Dennis and informed him of the car I wanted, he walked me through the whole process without haggling me and truly made my experience extremely easy and pleasant. I've been to several dealerships, but this was the cleanest and had the best staff. I would recommend this dealership and Dennis to anyone looking to have a simple and pleasant buying experience. The fact is anyone who goes there pays extra for the NEW FACILITY!! all work is extended labor hours, no respect or discount for Elite members. They will quote you one price and charge a much higher. I was quoted on extended warranty $5300 while I got it elsewhere for $4200 the same. It is Inifiniti and is all good but at this delaership you will pay extra! The ladies who booked my appointment repeatedly told I do not get a loaner?? even after I told them I was Elite member? the service folks did not agree and wanted to give me the loaner but I had already planned my day without the loaner? and had no use for it. Thanks but no thanks! Sam More
My wife and I have been looking for a 2009 or newer g37 for the past four months. We checked out Sheehy Infiniti early on and met Dennis Hunt. As we continued our search, Dennis continued to stay in touc for the past four months. We checked out Sheehy Infiniti early on and met Dennis Hunt. As we continued our search, Dennis continued to stay in touch with us about cars that were close to or exactly fit our specifications. I had recently taken on a new job opportunity and was pretty busy and Dennis could realize that I needed some space. That said, he called apologetically but to let me know that a car in our range with our exact specifications had arrived. We showed up two days later just to test drive it. Again, Dennis was appropriately conversational without being pushy. He was patient and answered all of our questions. It was because of his conversational and comfortable approach that we decided to buy. I told Dennis that my dad had sold cars for 20+ years and that he'd reminded me of him. I work in customer service and place an extremely high premium on a customer's experience and Dennis won my business. I would go back to Dennis for another Infiniti any day! More
I arrived on Monday 10/8/2012 for oil change and cruise control was not working from Dover Delaware. I accepted the loaner and took my wife to lunch. I returned after three hours and completed my check out. I drove back home which is an hour away and just as I was arriving I received a phone call stating the had seen an oil leak under my car after I departed the dealership. I immediately shut the car off and the car stated smoking under the hood and smoke fiiled the cabin of the car. After letting the car cool I checked the oil stick there was no oil in the car and I have drove this car for an hour. I immediately call the dealership back and they admitted they did something wrong and sent a tow truck for the car. This is a 2009 car with ONLY 6,500 miles and always garage kept. It was in excellent condition . Now, I have a vehicle with a possible damaged engine and a wife whom will not ride in this car again because of the reliability and fear. I have been told the general manager will give me a call to discuss our option and as of 10/10/2012 I have not heard from him. I will keep everyone posted on the outcome of this car and the customer service of this dealership. Today is 10/15/2012 follow-up. I have been in contact with the GM. More
