After searching online for a M35x, I found one that I liked at sheehy. Not knowing much about cars, I asked Phil lark the salesman, if the car I was interested in had been in an accident, and if this ca liked at sheehy. He told me no, the car had not been in any accidents and had a clean car fax and that it was a good deal. After buying the car, Three months later I started to notice that the left front end of the car was showing signs of shoddy workmanship that appears to have been done to cover up some damage, because the clear coat on the bumper was starting to peel very badly on the left side and the paint was actully coming off the car in another spot. I started noticing that there was problems with the steering, (hard right turn from a still position produced a groaning noise that seem to come from the left side. I took the car back to sheehy just ninty days short of my purchase with my concerns. Phil Lark acted very unconcerned and claimed that he could not remember if the car had any damage when I purchased it, and since I had it for almost thee months they would not repair the shoddy front end work that was done to get it passed an untrained eyed. I left my car at infiniti of annapolis with Tim James in the service department for three weeks, and he claimed that he did not hear the noise in the steering. The very next day after picking up my car, the noise was still there. After less than three months of purchasing this car, I was told that I needed rear brakes and that would cost me $850.00. The brakes were obviously very bad when I purchsed the car because the rotors were completly gone and could not be turned,and had to be replaced. I feel that sheehy infinti took advantage of my inexperience with cars to make a few dollars. I have never felt so much like I was the prey and sheehy the greedy top predator. Let the buyer be wear of sheehy infiniti of annapolis. I feel that Phil Lark was untruthful, and that Sheehy palmed this car off on me knowing that it had sustained front end damage. I will never ever go back to this dealer ship, nor recpmmend it to my worst enemy. More

My experience at Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis was exceptional. Mr Dennis Hunt took his time to explain every aspect of the vehicle. Although I was overwhelmed with all the new technology Mr Hunt wa exceptional. Mr Dennis Hunt took his time to explain every aspect of the vehicle. I am a repeat owner of an Infiniti and a repeat buyer from Sheehy Infiniti...and I must say that with each buying experience I am more impressed with the staff and employee's of Sheehy Infiniti (that inc from Sheehy Infiniti...and I must say that with each buying experience I am more impressed with the staff and employee's of Sheehy Infiniti (that includes management, sales and service). I am so thoroughly impressed with Sheehy that I can't imagine buying from another dealer. I have yet to meet a dealer that has provided me with stellar customer service and the fact that they know me and my husband's name is an added bonus! Whether I'm being asked if I want water/coffee/tea or to have my car washed while waiting for my service...it doesn't get any better than this. When Sheehy announced they were moving their showroom further into Annapolis, I acutally dreaded it. That is until the hubby and I received an invite to the GRAND OPENING...and grand it was. Valet parking, sushi bar, wine, gift bags and a chance to rub elbows with the Governor and Lieutenant Governor of Maryland. Truse me Sheehy Infiniti knows how to treat it's customers right!!!! More

I received a level of excellent customer service from Sheehy Infiniti and from Nick Suter in particular that I have never experienced before. Even as a purchaser of a used vehicle, I was treated as if I were purchasing the most expensive vehicle on their lot and I appreciate Nick and the Sheehy Infiniti team for not only standing by their vehicles as quality vehicles but also for keeping their promise to provide a smooth and stress free experience. Even though I live over 50 miles away from the dealership, they allowed me to finance and purchase the vehicle with ease. I never even walked into the dealership! They even brought the vehicle and paperwork to my house for me to test drive and if agreed, sign paperwork and purchase. Usually purchasing a vehicle is a stressful experience and I have come to hate walking into dealerships. However, I will gladly work with the Sheehy Infiniti team again...and again...and again!!! I live in Va Beach and was interested in an Infiniti JX35. I visited my local Infinity dealer and was not impressed with them at all. The sales person had very little knowledge of the JX35 and was rude JX35. I visited my local Infinity dealer and was not impressed with them at all. The sales person had very little knowledge of the JX35 and was rude to my wife on her visit to the dealer. I was on business in Baltimore and took the opportunity to visit Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis, MD. My sales rep, Nick Suter greeted me and pointed me in the direction of the JX35's while he went for the keys. I selected the model with the options I was interested in and Nick and I went for a mini "road trip" with the JX. Nick answered all my questions and explained and demonstrated the numerous features the Jx35 had. I explained to Nick I was from Va Beach ans was not sure about buying from a dealer 5 hours away. I thanked him and left after spending 4 hours with Nick and the JX35. Nick followed up with me a few days later and I gave him my "wishlist" for a new Infiniti JX35 with almost every option they had, and a color combination I was sure he could not find. @ days later Nick called and said he could have the JX to Sheehy in 2 days and after a little negotiation we had a deal. I drove back to Annapolis with my trade-in ready for I thought would be a few painful hours of paperwork. Nick spent 10 hours(3 getting JX ready) and 7 with me that day. Nick meticulously covered every detail of the car making sure I was comfortable with the operation of all the technology features (Nav, XM,vehicle settings, etc). He also spent over an hour setting up my "Infinity Connection" and "Personal Assistant" which took several calls to tech support to sort out. I met with Rich from finance and her took care of me while Nick worked out the connection problems. I was given lunch and more than enough coffee and soda to keep a family of four happy. I left Sheehy Infiniti was a 2013 Infiniti JX35 and a feeling of being treated like a vip, something my local dealer had no clue of. I would highly recommend doing business with Nick Suter and Sheehy Infiniti and I plan to use them again, even if its a 5 hour drive, they were that good to me. More
