Easy used car buying experience, salesman Nick Verklin was pleasant honest and apologetic that the vehicle I came to see had been sent to another dealer. After asking if I’d like to see other vehicles, which I did, but was set on the Honda I came for, Nick quickly rectified the situation by having a great young man named Matt Kostik drive an hour away to secure the vehicle from the other dealership. After my initial disappointment, I left the dealership with the vehicle I came for and was back in the road to Delaware before the Bay bridge traffic got crazy. Loving my new preowned😊I will definitely visit the Sheehy Infiniti Annapolis dealership and Nick again, when I trade my next vehicle, they have many beautiful new Infiniti vehicles, and very nice preowned.
