I've never dealt with a dealer like this. The building/sales floor is IMMACULATE, yet not intimidating - completely classy. But that's just where it begins. Every portion of it is nothing short of exhausting, and battling with the sales team is something I never look forward to. We casually strolled in to simply check out a vehicle, when we were greeted by Dennis. Normally I'd avoid talking with the sales people because they want to start grilling you about why you are there, etc., but Dennis eased in like a vacation tour guide. He was easy going and was simply there to answer any questions we might have. We took a good look, and left on our own accord - no pressure whatsoever. He followed up just to see if we had any additional questions, but that was it. We had to come back because everything about the experience said "this is the place you want to buy a car". From start to finish, we felt like we were going to be taken care of, and that couldn't have been more accurate. It's a car dealership, but these people treated us like friends. It was our first experience buying an upper echelon vehicle, and I strongly feel that one could not do better. The deal we got for the car, as well as our trade, was very, very fair, and again, there were no pressure tactics. If you are going to buy a car, you are doing yourself a disservice by not going to visit Dennis Hunt at Sheehy Infiniti. It's concierge service for car buying, plain and simple. More
