What can I say; this is the second new Infiniti I have purchased from Dennis Hunt and the Sheehy Infiniti team. As always, the process of going over the new vehicles and ensuring my needs were met was Den purchased from Dennis Hunt and the Sheehy Infiniti team. As always, the process of going over the new vehicles and ensuring my needs were met was Dennis' top priority. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service is the reason he gets my business. The no pressure atmosphere, patience, and willingness to go over every detail of the sale process and car features and comparisons is something I have not found in any other dealer I have dealt with. Even after I decided on a car that wasn't available on the lot (2014 Q50S Hybrid...extremely hard to come by a month after the car's release), Dennis and the sales team did what they do best and made sure they got the car I wanted in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Dennis and the entire Sheehy team if you are in the market for a new Infiniti, or even a used vehicle (I've purchased both from them)!! More

Purchased a gently used 1990 Lexus RX300 with 122k on it. Was told that it was in immaculate condition for it's age and they were giving me an amazing deal at $9000, not so. Kelly Blue Book was $1000 less Was told that it was in immaculate condition for it's age and they were giving me an amazing deal at $9000, not so. Kelly Blue Book was $1000 less but the salesperson Tracey Suter said her finance manager Chris Prender that there were many new changes like new Michelin tires and new brakes so the cost was justified and they wouldn't budge..that should have been my red flag but I was trusting the Sheehy name. We purchased it April 30th, 2013.. I got it home, the battery died the next morning. After driving 1 1/2 hours from my home near the PA/MD line the day after to pick it up, the car had some loud noises while braking. The brakes were supposedly new and when I called, was told there shouldn't be a problem. It got worse after a few days so I took it to my own mechanic where I was informed it was one of the poorest brake jobs he'd ever seen. Plus, we noticed that the driver side door wasn't locking. I was told that the actuator wasn't working and needed to be replaced. After only 1 week, all these things happened with my "amazing deal". When I called the dealer, I was told that their 30 day warranty only covered mechanical issues, not electric. The other doors locked and I had no reason to suspect the driver side wasn't locking before we left the lot. Mark in service said only mechanical and that was an electrical issue...sorry! They only gave me one key, which the former owner couldn't find the key so I was out of luck. Again, not Sheehy's problem but my problem. Back to the brakes; I had to drive back another 1 1/2 hours for them to tell me everything looked fine. When I went thru specific things like how the anti-rattle clips weren't in place, the pads were not lubed properly, rotors weren't machined properly and should be replaced, I was met with an "oh-no-she knows-alot-more-than-I-do" look and was asked to wait another 45 minutes while these items were being replaced. The service manager came out to say all was fine and I could go. I also had to insist they give me an invoice for the items done. There are other mechanical things that were wrong as well like the antennae motor gears were stripped, which not their problem. The sad part is we liked the Lexus ride but needed a van so we had to trade in the car to another dealership. We lost over $5000 and a ton of trust in car dealers. I was trusting that Sheehy Infiniti would live up to the integrity it touted and was sorely disappointed. I will never purchase from them or any of their affiliates. I cannot stress enough to others I run into that I wouldn't trust their dealership for any car needs. Ever. More
