I was thinking of purchasing a BMW this time around, but changed my mind when I drove one and realized that the performance and price was not as good as I had experienced from my infinities of the past. The dealer was unwilling to negotiate a price with me so I lost interest and went back to my old standby, the Infiniti. As soon as I pulled up into the Infiniti dealership lot, I was met by Dennis Hunt who greeted me with A1 courtesy and professionalism. Dennis sat me down and we talked about what type of vehicle I was interested in. I eventually settled upon the G-37S coupe which was an absolute dream to drive...so began the negotiation process. I was adamant about how much I wanted to spend and Dennis was determined to meet my requirements (which he did). Hence, I drove home that day with the car of my choice, thoroughly satisfied with the experience and comfortable knowing that I will again be enjoying the my Infiniti for another 10 years. Finally, the advances Infiniti has made with their technology was mind-blowing, I'm still reeling from what this amazing vehicle can do. I've been a BMW owner for over 12-years. My last BMW was a 528I. Great car to drive, but always seemed to have expensive repair problems on a recurring basis. I had to find a dependable, high quality car, that I didn't have to continually take back to the dealer for expensive repairs. I've read excellent reviews in Consumer Reports on the Infiniti, so thought I would check the Infiniti out. I went to Sheehy Infiniti in Annapolis and was introduced to one of the slaesman, Dennis Hunt. From past experience, I've always been leary of what car salesmen tell you. So, I always ask the salesmen several questions that I knew the answer to. Dennis Hunt answered all my questions truthfully, and with a great deal of professional knowledge. I was relieved to find a salesman I could trust. Dennis took me for a test drive in several cars, clearly explaining the features of each vehicle. I ended up purchasing an Infiniti G37. It drives as well as my BMW. In fact, Consumer Reports gives the Infiniti G35 its top rating for luxury compact cars, rating it well above the BMW 329I. From what I've seen, the workmanship of the Infiniti is equal to, or better than the higher priced German cars. If you are looking for a high quality car, I recommed you check out Sheehy Infiniti and ask for Dennis Hunt. Dennis is a salesman you can trust, and he knows cars. I've never dealt with a dealer like this. The building/sales floor is IMMACULATE, yet not intimidating - completely classy. But that's just where it begins. Every portion of it is nothing short of exhausting, and battling with the sales team is something I never look forward to. We casually strolled in to simply check out a vehicle, when we were greeted by Dennis. Normally I'd avoid talking with the sales people because they want to start grilling you about why you are there, etc., but Dennis eased in like a vacation tour guide. He was easy going and was simply there to answer any questions we might have. We took a good look, and left on our own accord - no pressure whatsoever. He followed up just to see if we had any additional questions, but that was it. We had to come back because everything about the experience said "this is the place you want to buy a car". From start to finish, we felt like we were going to be taken care of, and that couldn't have been more accurate. It's a car dealership, but these people treated us like friends. It was our first experience buying an upper echelon vehicle, and I strongly feel that one could not do better. The deal we got for the car, as well as our trade, was very, very fair, and again, there were no pressure tactics. If you are going to buy a car, you are doing yourself a disservice by not going to visit Dennis Hunt at Sheehy Infiniti. It's concierge service for car buying, plain and simple. More
