I had an excellent experience at Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis during the entire process of purchasing my new 2014 QX60. Dennis Hunt was my sales contact and his knowledge and professionalism was abundantly obvious from the start. Dennis makes a point of treating his customers like good old friends. He takes pride in his customer service and will do everything within his power to give you a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was very specific in what I wanted in my QX60 and Dennis managed to produce the vehicle that met my requirements even though it meant that he had to personally drive to PA to get it.....AND he delivered it to my home. Agreeing on a price for the new car and a trade in price for my 2008 Infinity G35X was a pleasure without the necessity of haggling. I believe I received a fair deal, as did Sheehy of Annapolis. A mutually satisfactory experience. The financial closing process was done by Chris Prender whose handling of paperwork is absolutely phenomenal. He knows every word on those voluminous pages and his efficiency in speeding us through the process was greatly appreciated. Chris is personable and funny and gives the customer as much or as little time as they require. My overall experience with Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis was the best it could be and I will have no hesitation going back there in a few years for my third Infinity. I should also mention that although I have driven nothing but Mercedes from 1980 to 2008 (and my husband still does), it is Infinity for me from now on. More
I stoppped by to test drive a certified pre-owned G37 and had a great experience. We checked out several vehicles in person, double checked their online inventory, checked down the street for a particular car and then finally made a decision. After we picked one, he even brought it inside as it was getting dark out, so that I could inspect it throughly. After finishing the paperwork he took me through the the features of the vehicle, which took at while. Eventhough it was getting past 9:00, Phil was eager to make sure I understood everything. I enjoyed doing business with Sheehy because there was no hagling over price, they gave me a fair trade in, told me to bring the car back within 3 days if I didn't like it and were very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dennis Hunt for the second time in less than 24 months. Our first impressions from Infiniti, Mr. Hunt and his associates ensured we would be repeat customers. This past weekend we purchased our second Infiniti, a 2014 Q50, from Mr. Hunt. But, this time I was out of town. Dennis patiently worked with my wife to ensure all of her concerns, and requirements were met. From my previous experience with Dennis I was confident that she was in good hands and would not be taken advantage of. During the process, I received several phone calls from Mr. Hunt keeping me in the loop during the process. Dennis and Chris did a very good job working out a great deal for my wife and I. She is happy with the car and in turn I'm extremely happy. More

I was not pleased with this dealership at all. I researched a used vehicle that was on their lot and went in for a test drive and to potentially purchase the vehicle. They knew that I had driven all researched a used vehicle that was on their lot and went in for a test drive and to potentially purchase the vehicle. They knew that I had driven all the way from DC to see the car so common sense would say that I was serious about buying the car. It had a pretty rough ride and was rather overpriced based on the research that I had done on similar cars. The saleswoman was not aware of the carfax which indicated that the vehicle had two owners in two years and the second owner had put 26k miles on the car in just 10 months. She indicated the price of the car and that they were a "one price dealership". I was already pre-approved for a loan and even the bank would not approve that price based on the vin number of the car. That was not the main problem however; they were completely unwilling to try to sell the car or negotiate. Their best offer was $100 - $200 off the posted sale price and they did not even try to ask how I planned on paying for the car. When I said that I thought their price was too high and gave a counter offer, she did not even try to come back with another price. They let me walk out of the dealership without even attempting to make the sale. The car had been on their lot for about 3 weeks before I got there and is still there 4 days later and they have since lowered the asking price by MORE than they offered to lower it for me. I felt that once I indicated that I wanted to negotiate the price, they got very snobbish and it seemed as though they did not consider me to be a serious buyer since they made no attempt to check credit or ask about financing. I could have given them a check that day for the car at $300 less than their asking price but they didn't even try. Not sure why, but they really did not behave as though they wanted my business at all. Very disappointing. Oh well, I bought a car the next day from College Park Hyundai. They sold me a brand new car (same make, model, color, and interior) and worked very well with me on the price and I got an amazing deal. I wasn't even planning on buying a new car, I normally buy used however, they were so nice and customer service oriented, really wanted the business, and were willing to work with me on the price. Sheehy could have easily sold me that car or a different one but no effort was put forth. More
I orignially scheduled my visit based on a vehicle i saw on the website. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment time, the internet sales manger wasn't available. The sales consultant spoke with was he on the website. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment time, the internet sales manger wasn't available. The sales consultant spoke with was helpful with narrowing down a vehicle, yet I felt i received the run around when discussing the price of the vehicle. I was informed on site that the dealership was a one price location. I did not see any information pertaining to that on the website prior to arriving. That was disappointing, the sales consultant made no attempts to check to see what could be done, to assist me in obtaining the vehicle at a good price. I do not feel like I got a fair deal on the price of the vehicle. Chris Prender was great to with on financing a deal. At this point in time, I'm not sure I would recommend Sheehy Infiniti to a friend. More
