I've been to dealerships where they either overwhelm you with info about the car or want to get you to sign paperwork as soon as possible. Dennis took a few minutes to understand my needs and what I was trying to do. We then walked the lot to find several vehicles that would be in my price range. we quickly worked out a favorable deal (which coincidently was the best price I had seen to date). There were ZERO surprises back in the finance office. Yes the dealership offered other services but didn't push me into buying anything. Planning to go back when my wife's lease is up on her Honda. When he introduced himself, I was immediately at ease Dennis and Chris Prender worked hard to get me a great loan at a great rate with a payment I could afford. The most impressive thing about Dennis is his follow through to ensure he retains a customer for life. I didn't have time the day I purchased the car to go over all the features, so, he told me I could come back and he would go over everything with me. I came on a Saturday morning, which is always busy,but,he took the time to sit with me in the car and go over all the features.
