After being in an accident in February and having to purchase a new vehicle, I can honestly say I was not looking forward to the car buying process again. It seemed like a daunting task. However, in meeting Mr. Shields, I was able to leave the dealership with my dream car and at my point price - an Infiniti M37. Even after purchasing the car, the great customer service didn’t end there. He makes me feel very comfortable in calling with any questions and/or concerns I may have. 2nd Pre-owned Infiniti Car purchase This is my second purchase of a pre-owned Infiniti and this car buying experience was much more positive than my first experience which was true let This is my second purchase of a pre-owned Infiniti and this car buying experience was much more positive than my first experience which was true let down after that deal was "inked". Al Trojanoski was my Sales Representative. Al was very helpful, professional and personable from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure that the car I finally purchased had most of my "must haves" within my price range. I could tell he was really listening. Al found the perfect car in a lovey shade of blue. However, the car's finish had some chips of paints missing but No worries- Al and the team at Sheehy Infinti made sure that it received a top notch paint job before I took possession. Everything was in order, almost like "New" and I'm really loving my beautiful 2014 Q50 premium in Hagane Blue. Thanks Al and the Sheehy Infiniti for a great buying experience. He was the most personable, professional, and knowledgeable salesman I ever dealt with. He just made the car buying experience pleasurable which is something I'd come to "not expect". To say that it was refreshing, is an understatement. I'm very happy with everything about my G37 coupe; the car, the price, the experience. I've had to purchase a truck since I purchased the car. And although I felt I got a good deal, the "personal" touch was lacking. As soon as we inked the deal, all communication with the salesman ceased and I was the property of the service department. Not so with Dennis. He still keeps in touch and asks how I'm liking the car as well as sending a birthday e-mail to boot. When I'm ready for another Infiniti, I'll be contacting Dennis if he hasn't contacted me first. More
