Really bad service. I reached out to them because I was interested to get an out the door price for a 2022 GX460 Lexus and their sales specialist instead of sending that I reached out to them because I was interested to get an out the door price for a 2022 GX460 Lexus and their sales specialist instead of sending that to me (and I made it clear many times) kept asking me about my trade. I blocked the specialist from calling or texting me - and a few days later his manager reached out apologizing for his behavior. 24 hours later, the same rude specialist reaches out asking for feedback from me on my conversation with his manager. Interesting way of doing business. Needless to say - I am taking my business elsewhere. More

I went to this dealership looking to buy a QX60. When I got out of the car a salesman was looking at me. I went to the ladies room first and when I came out I was in the lobby for about 10 minutes a When I got out of the car a salesman was looking at me. I went to the ladies room first and when I came out I was in the lobby for about 10 minutes and nobody came to help me. I saw 2 salesman sitting at their desk on their cell phones and I don't mean talking on their phones. Another salesman was helping a customer outside and came in and asked had any helped me. I told him no and he called one of the salesman that were at their desk to help. The salesman acted like he didn't want to sell a car. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled up on his computer what they had and that was it He didn't offer to show any of them to me or anything. I didn't feel comfortable so I left. Thanks to this dealership I went to Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda and bought a QX60 where I was treated as a top priority. This is the second time I have been to this dealership and was treated like I did not exist. This is the closest Infiniti dealership to me but I really hate to have to go there. More
