I was in the lot looking at the new vehicles when Dennis and I began discussing the Q50. I told Dennis about my plans to purchase my wife a new Infiniti for our 30th wedding anniversary. I told him exactly the features, type/color "dream car" my wife wanted. About one year later, Mr Hunt called me and asked if I was ready to purchase the dream car for my wife. I was surprised that he remembered me. Not to mention the anniversary present for my wife. Mr. Hunt told me he had the car at the dealership waiting for my wife. He was very friendly and a true delight to share the experience with. In the past and with other dealers, I have been asked to "bring my husband back" before someone would even talk to me about a car. Here, I was taken seriously the very the moment I arrived. I gave a description of what I was/ interested in and it was directly brought to me, no questions asked. There was no pressure to explore cars and options that I felt didn't fit my needs. This made a huge difference to me, especially since I was on a time crunch. Dennis Hunt was so very easy to work with. Honestly, I initially walked away to explore other options but was back at his desk within 24 hours. He was the reason I returned. He created a very easy car buying experience which was backed by Chris Pender. I appreciate the patience they used as I tried to make the numbers work.
