Over my 75 years, I have purchased many automobile from many dealers, and dealt with many sales personal. From the moment I met Dennis Hunt, I knew he was something special at his craft. He carefully ascertained my needs and directed me to the right vehicle for both my and my wife’s needs. During the negotiation process, his professionalism showed through, making the event successful. Now here is the best part. Once the sale was consummated, he just did not give up the keys and wave goodbye. He went step by step over the each and every operation of the car. Made sure that our phones were connected to the car bluetooth operation. Gave us his cell phone with instructions to call me at any time. Introduced us to the service manager and detailed us on the service process. Called us the next day, stressing that he would be there for us always. All in all, he made the purchase of our automobile a pleasurable experience. At the same time we really feel we have a new friend. It is indeed a pleasure to recommend Dennis L. Excellent first time experience and customer service On 4/9/16, I researched the website DealerRater.com for the highest rated dealership in my area and after being impressed with the ratings of the She On 4/9/16, I researched the website DealerRater.com for the highest rated dealership in my area and after being impressed with the ratings of the Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis dealership and one of its salesman Dennis Hunt, I went in specifically requesting his services. Unfortunately, Mr.Dennis Hunt wasn't available (servicing another customer) but hat didn't stop him from greeting me and asking if it was ok for him to recommend his protege Joshua Brown to me, and I must say that I was totally satisfied with Josh and his professionalism throughout the business transaction. I am very particular and picky about items that I spend my money on (2012- G37X) as well as customer service and Joshua Brown addressed every concern that I had with care, patience, understanding and etiquette. If there were questions that he could not answer, then he went and got the individual (s) who could and you don't find that with most dealerships or salesmen today. I greatly appreciate my experience and have walked away completely satisfied as a new member of the Infiniti family. More

Great people, trustworthy, positive experience. But these guys really won me over. The facility itself is beautiful and is quite a pleasant place to spend time as a customer, and the employees are very hospitable. Everyone who helped me was extremely polite and personable, and they were more than willing to answer any questions I had. When you visit or call Sheehy, ask for Dennis Hunt. Dennis could not have been better to me, he treated me with respect and regarded me as a serious customer despite my age and lack of experience. He went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and happy, and has even gone out of his way to follow up with me two weeks later. The only thing i would say is that Sheehy has no Haggle pricing which is not mentioned on all websites, so go expecting to pay what they ask. That being said, i can't complain about the pricing. i feel as though i got what i wanted for a reasonable price. All in all, my experience with Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis couldn't have been better. Five stars all day long. More
