Great Service! I'm a working mother with 4 beautiful children, and don't have a lot of time on my hands.  I was searching the internet looking for a particular vehic I'm a working mother with 4 beautiful children, and don't have a lot of time on my hands.  I was searching the internet looking for a particular vehicle.  This is how I learned of Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis.  I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I saw and was interested in was still there.  I spoke with a  salesperson named Greg Shields.  Greg, informed me that it was still available.  I was very apprehensive, I didn't know anyone at that dealership and never did any shopping in that area.  I live over a hour away.  But, was so glad I took a chance on Greg, because he and his finance team was amazing.  They were quick and professional.  Greg, had the car clean and waiting for me in front of the dealership.  The vehicle I purchased was a Chevrolet, Cruze LTZ.  He explained all the vehicle features and answered all my questions with no hassles over the vehicle's sales price.  The price that was listed online, was exactly what it was!  He gave me suggestions and advice, also the paperwork on the carafax.  Perhaps the most impressive part of dealing with him was he wasn't pushy and finished the deal within 2 hours.  Greg, customer service was outstanding.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.  I have recommended Greg, to all my friends and family when purchasing a new or used vehicle.  It has been a pleasure dealing with him and will be doing it again soon!  Thank you Greg, for your service! Exceptional Experience I recently purchased a QX60 from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis and my salesman, Dennis Hunt, was simply amazing. Hassle-free, flawless, expedited purchase Recently I purchased my second infiniti from this dealership (4th overall). By mail, they had offered me a deal for a trade-in on my prior infiniti. T Recently I purchased my second infiniti from this dealership (4th overall). By mail, they had offered me a deal for a trade-in on my prior infiniti. The terms of the deal ended June 30 and due to a post office snafu I received the letter late on June 29. So that meant I had to complete the deal in less than a day. I called Dennis Hunt and told him what was going on. I also told him that I had two hours the next day to complete the purchase. Mr. Hunt was superb! We negotiated the price and loan by email.When I got there the car was prepped and ready to go and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Everything went smoothly and I got out in time to meet my out-of-town guests coming in for the Fourth of July weekend.. Mr. Hunt has followed up and helped me with a few post sale requests and made those happen smoothly, also. This is my second purchase from Mr. Hunt and I recommend him highly. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and the purchases have never gone as smoothly as with Mr. Hunt and this dealership. .I also highly recommend Mr. Paul Abel who is in the service department and who helped me with all the service on my first Sheehy Infiniti.
