Barely acknowledged my trade in breakdown page that was signed. They later refused to buy my vehicle. i would NEVER recommended this dealer or its employees. I am a disabled vet an on a set Income. I financed another car for a certain amount because this dealer told me they would buy my car for an amount an because they did not stick by there word it caused my family severe set backs. More
Perfect I had this car in mind and walked out happy. A day later there was no spare and and an issue with the front rotors wobbling. Being used the deale I had this car in mind and walked out happy. Being used the dealer had no obligation however the spare tire and rotors were handled with the same professional and top notch regard as is if it was new. I will come back again and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

However your sales person who was very professional told me that it could not be sold at the advertised price. Shouldn’t they honor the price that listed for truck at even if it is a mistake on your part or offer some type of deal? I was ready to get in my car and make the drive to pick up the truck yesterday. I see that you have since listed the price at 34,956 however couldn’t that be considered false advertisement. I could understand if it was a typo where the 2 was inserted vice the 3. I have fat fingers and hit the wrong key often however its normally one key over that is pressed. we are talking a 1 vice 3. I’m just not happy and not sure if I would ever shop at this location. However I did own an Enclave and I did have similar issues with that Buick dealership so now I am wondering if this is a GM thing and I need to get rid of my current GM product. More

He even offered to call me when a Terrain Denali arrived on the lot. When I arrived for a test drive the following weekend, Dee was there to assist….and thank goodness he was! He was able to advise as to which model and package would best meet the requirements I articulated…not the vehicle/package he wanted to sell. My final decision was the 2015 Acadia. To help out, he introduced us to the Finance Wiz, Eric, so we'd have numbers to work with. Not only did Eric provide quick service, but when I called to finalize the deal with my own financing plan, the Dream Team only wanted a chance to beat my rate….and they did!!! When we showed up to close, he told us he only needed ~10 min to complete the paperwork……it was a little over 10 mins but only by about 3-4 mins!!! Very satisfied customer, and I will refer all of my Fredericksburg shopping friends to Ultimate Buick GMC!! Thanks guys!! More

Salesman DeAnte was super patient with me and put up with all my old-lady banter. Superviser Eric and finance officer Harry were also great to work with. And, I can't remember ever buying a car and having the salesman sit with me after the purchase to thoroughly explain all the bells and whistles. DeAnte gets double gold stars! More

After having an awful experience at another local dealership, I was thankful for the assistance that both DeAnte (salesman) and Kevin (Finance) offered. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, no talking down about other dealerships, and they did everything to find me a great vehicle and deal. DeAnte is very confident and proud of the product that he sells and rather than hunt me down like a hawk, he was very laid back and friendly and allowed me to enjoy my walk around the lot. If you are in the market for a new Buick or GMC, GO HERE!!! You won't regret it! Valerie More

I purchased a used Subaru Outback from Ultimate this week. My wife and I live out of state, but found the vehicle we were looking for in their inventory. Jon, Eric and Cecil made our experience as good as I could have imagined. The price was right, the care was excellent and the financing process was a breeze with Eric. I arrived at Ultimate at approximately 8:30am to avoid being hounded by salesman. (We all know what it's like to be bombarded). I didn't see any used trucks that I was intersted in, so I started looking at new GMC Sierra trucks. General Manager Jon Roland approached me advising that there were no salesman there yet but he'd be happy to help me. I advised him that I had a vehicle to trade in, and was looking for a particular payment range. He invited me into his office where he and his Finance Director Eric Poston began to "crunch numbers" trying to get me where I needed to be on payment. Jon then had Sales Consultant Delfin Murphy take me for a test drive. When we came back Jon advised me we were "good to go" on payment. I was still unsure if they were giving me the best deal. They were so confident of their price, they told me to drive the vehicle to the dealer my family has bought so many cars form to see if they could beat the price. Not only did the Sierra truck have more options for the price, my loyal family dealership could not beat the price. After purchasing so many vehicles, and having that wore out feeling when you leave. I thought for sure this would be the case once again. This was not the case. I felt like I got the best deal and was not pressured at all. They did not try to put me in a "stripped down" vehicle like most dealers would. I can not say enough about how friendly and professional this dealership was. A sincere thanks to Jon Roland, Eric Poston, and Delfin Murphy Jr. Both myself and my family will purchase from Ultimate GMC again. More
