Do not, I repeat, do not buy a car from this place. They are absolutely untrustworthy. I bought a car with 29,000 miles and only put 3,900 miles on it before the transmission went bad. They not only would not do anything about it, but they declared my car as unbuyable on KBB so that others wouldn't buy it either. Their owner and sales staff did anything and everything to make promises when selling the vehicle, but then were absolute snakes when it came time to take care of their customer. Stay away at all costs. More

I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible. I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership since my first service. I just picked up my car that I brought in for an oil change and air filter r I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership since my first service. I just picked up my car that I brought in for an oil change and air filter replacement. My bill was almost $300 because they decided to add services I did not ask for. They did a state inspection and told me I needed new tires and it would be $1500. My inspection had just been done in October of 2023. I didn’t ask for or need an inspection and when I asked why it was done I was told they weren’t sure. The mechanic who did my inspection in October had told me my tires were fine. When I had brought my car in for sunroof issues this past summer I was told it was a “user error” and they couldn’t replicate the problem. Yet I was able to go out to where they had my car parked and show them what it was doing without an issue yet the techs couldn’t get the issue to happen for them? They had my vehicle for more than 2 weeks with no offer of a loaner because they said they didn’t have any available, couldn’t tell me when it would be ready to pick up as they were waiting on parts that come to find out had never been ordered and the problem with the sunroof continued when I finally got it back and after 2 weeks hadn’t even done any of the services I had asked to be done. When I picked it up they hadn’t put the interior back together, my rear view mirror was just hanging there along with its entire housing, there where oil stains all over the roof inside my car that they told me was there when they got it in and refused to clean the mess they left in my vehicle. I will no longer be using Sheehy service, I will never buy another vehicle from Sheehy, let alone a brand new $60,000 vehicle and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

MILITARY STAY AWAY! !! This was the worst experience I have had in 20 years. I have bought 6 cars in the last 9 months and 50 in the last 20 years. The sales Manager T !! The sales Manager Tim is rude, communication amongst the staff is non existent, and if you don't buy a warranty you are a burden. If you are military, don't shop at Sheehy, their policies will ensure you are property taxed. I only gave them 1 star because I don't think you can give less. More

My wife's care is serviced by Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. Normally I bring work with me while i am waiting for service. I work remotely. At the sheehy buick gmc, there are chairs, but no available plugs, there really is no place to effectively work. At the Sheehy toyota, there are lots of options for areas to work. I just wish this could be improved on at the buick gmc location. More

He was so helpful in explaining my problem, took time to keep my informed on the progress and helped find a place to eat while I waited for my car.
