The service advisor claimed that my warranty company was difficult to get in contact with and this prevented me from getting my car back in a timely fashion. Repairs were completed the same day (8/17/23) I difficult to get in contact with and this prevented me from getting my car back in a timely fashion. Repairs were completed the same day (8/17/23) I brought my car in but I wasn’t able to retrieve my car until (8/21/23). I spoke with my warranty company on 5 separate occasions over the course of my car being at Ford. When I spoke with the company they shared that they’d made several efforts to coordinate with the service advisor. I also struggled to get in contact with the service advisor while my car was at Sheehy. I was not informed that the service advisor was out 8/18/23 and got the runaround whenever I called Sheehy. I was rerouted several times only to be sent back to the operator and told that someone would contact me. This wasn’t my first experience with Sheehy and something similar happened with the lack of communication during my last service there. I will be finding a new Ford location to have work done on my car moving forward. More

Not happy about my trade in. It seems all my money went to other things instead of new car. I got things that I truly didn't want as seller didn't remove as he said he would. Will keep car for 2 years and trade again, but not to Ford. I'm finished with them and will never recommend them to anyone. I will not be back, never. More

Okay why wasnt I notified before driving to the dealership? 2 sections of the car need painting. They will do it but the painter only comes once a week. I kept getting excuse after excuse about the painting job. Frustrating the least to say. Still not sure if I want to purchase the car. More
