I set up an appointment to test drive and buy a truck just to have it sold out from underneath me. I was told the keys would be locked up and the truck would be there. Drove 1.5 hours one way (3 hours to just to have it sold out from underneath me. I was told the keys would be locked up and the truck would be there. Drove 1.5 hours one way (3 hours total) to find out the truck was sold. Never got a phone call to let me know the truck was gone. They waited until I got there to inform me and then try to sell me a more expense truck. Great example of a dealership pulling a bait and switch. There was response was simply - first come first serve. they have called to try and find another truck, but not for the same truck and deal advertised. And I don’t know that I would feel comfortable purchasing from them even if they did find one exactly like it for the same price. More

The Internet Sales Rep we talked to first answered our questions and set up an on-site meeting for us - coming in on his day off. Visit was informative and professional. We bought. He doesn't push. listens to your needs/wants and will work hard to earn your business. This time we were needing something very specific and William located the truck in another state with an unaffiliated dealer on a Saturday night. By Monday morning he let me know he was able to acquire the truck from the other dealer. He took the time to listen to our questions, and eased any concerns we had.
