Just bought a new 2020 F350. Jonathan was great to work with. Started out good, ended badly.Found a vehicle I liked, but was at a different Sheehy location, so they were going to charge me $300 to transfer it from one state over. Salesman finally said he would go g but was at a different Sheehy location, so they were going to charge me $300 to transfer it from one state over. Salesman finally said he would go get it himself to avoid the fee, yup. Got to the finance manager that kept tacking on a warranty I didn’t want. Giving me a lower rate if I bought the warranty, but if I didn’t the rate was twice as much. Either way still had me over the monthly payment I told them I could afford. All the while he is just using an average rate - not applying my finance to any one. Very quick talker. I let the car salesman know the next day to not go pick the car up as I was no longer interested. Fast forward a week later I get a letter from a bank in reference to a financing application. Not happy. Meanwhile was lucky enough to get great service & a great deal elsewhere. More
