The purchase of our 2017 Explorer went smoothly after we decided to purchase "after hours" on a Friday evening. We were done and out the door in under an hour. I was also a little disappointed that there were not more dealer of mfg incentives, but that is pretty much universal in our area at this time. TERRIBLE experience with this place. Edson was probably the worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. I had a truck shipped down from Manassas that I was ready to purchase only to find the entire undercarriag the worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. I had a truck shipped down from Manassas that I was ready to purchase only to find the entire undercarriage rusted out. No one - from Manassas OR Richmond mentioned anything about rust. It’s embarrassing that Ford would even sell that. After we turned down the truck, Edson was showing us a few other vehicles on the lot. We were waiting for him to get the keys outside to test drive a truck and 10 minutes went by… still no Edson. We look over and saw him helping someone else with a car!!! Spoke with the manager and ended up going home. NEVER heard a word from anyone since I left that day. Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers only the $$$. More
