REVIEW Everyone at the dealership was great. I started with David Willoughby until he excused himself for phone call and client he needed to help. He sent Everyone at the dealership was great. I started with David Willoughby until he excused himself for phone call and client he needed to help. He sent Jarad Perkins out to help. Jarad was great, very friendly and nice. We discussed Taurus vs Fusion and we test drove both. Then went over options etc. Everyone was very courteous and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Jarad took my son out to get a hotdog out front while I called my car insurance company for some information. I also talked with a lady about the car protection package, she was great and since I was from out of town she really was very helpful in checking to see if they could have my car ready same day so I could get on the road home. Michelle West was great, she was helpful and went over everything with me and the options. I am very happy with my Ford Taurus Purchased on Sunday 5/25/14. Outstanding Experience! I went in to ask a few questions and ended up buying a car for my college student son from Eric Halpern. He was respectful, listened to what I needed, got me the price I could afford -- an outstanding deal on a 2014 Focus! I had no intention of buying a new car today, but Eric made that SALE! All my friends know, I do not have a problem saying "no" but Eric showed me the numbers and we talked it through. He was outstanding! Candace and the rest of the staff were also incredible. They are knowledgeable, treat their customers with respect, are friendly but professional and got us in and out quickly. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. Finally the finance manage, Robert Cooley demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was extremely courteous.
