Losing An Old, Faithfu,l Friend And Finding A New One I want to thank Eric Halprin for sticking with me to find a replacement for my beloved Expedition, "Maggie". I was ready to throw in the towel but Er I want to thank Eric Halprin for sticking with me to find a replacement for my beloved Expedition, "Maggie". I was ready to throw in the towel but Eric hung in there and walked me to my new dream machine! Eric is an all star and excelled at finding the vehicle I was looking for, even when I had no idea what that vehicle was! And, to top it off, the price was below our budget! Then, the next day Eric called to let me know he actually located the owners manual to the used car and is mailing it to my home!! I also want to thank Eric and the guys in the showroom for their kindness when I began the process of handing over my 14 year old "Maggie" as trade in. Your hugs were very sweet and your understanding over my tears, much appreciated. I felt like a fool crying over a hunk of metal, but that hunk of metal was my baby and a part of our family. She went beyond her job to make us feel comfortable and she looked for the best deal possible regarding rebates and what options were better for us financially. After having an extremely difficult time just getting someone to help us at another dealership, our experience at Sheehy was like a breath of fresh ai After having an extremely difficult time just getting someone to help us at another dealership, our experience at Sheehy was like a breath of fresh air. Rex was extraordinarily pleasant and easy to deal with. We went to the dealership originally to look at a specific truck and ended up leaving with it less than three hours later. Most of that was us talking not waiting around at all.Our finance manager Kevin was awesome also. It was only his second day at this particular dealership but he was super friendly and made the process more than easy. The truck we wanted was used and had a cut in the rear seat. We asked about how much it would be to get that repaired and without missing a beat Rex added it to the agreement they would schedule a time for the repair to be made. While we were signing our paperwork he had someone come right over and fix it at no cost to us. He also did an awesome job, but I missed his name. Overall, we had a stellar experience and I will definitely be returning within the next year to upgrade my car as well. More
