Why I did business with Josh I had been shopping for a particular Expedition. Ford dealers from Virginia Beach to Lynchburg said they couldn't find one, but they had X on the lo I had been shopping for a particular Expedition. Ford dealers from Virginia Beach to Lynchburg said they couldn't find one, but they had X on the lot that would meet my needs. Josh said he would look for it up and down the coast. He also said if that's the one I want he wouldn't try and sell me anything else. Three days later he called and said he had exactly what I wanted on the lot. He had it shipped in from NC. When I got there it was exactly what I requested. Purchased on the spot. I would highly recommend Josh. More

Very helpful and accommodating! I was pressed for time the day of my purchase. Seth and the entire team was helpful in getting me processed quickly. When I returned to pick up my v I was pressed for time the day of my purchase. Seth and the entire team was helpful in getting me processed quickly. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the next day, Seth had already taken the time to have the protective coating applied to my vehicle - something I had to schedule several days later and requiring another return trip to the dealer. Awesome customer service and a real time savings for me. I am extremely happy with my purchase and know that Sheehy will continue to receive my business! More

Mr. and Mrs. Paxton This was not pleasant experiance for my husband I. From the beginning they did not demonstrate knowledge about the vehicle or show flexibility in the This was not pleasant experiance for my husband I. From the beginning they did not demonstrate knowledge about the vehicle or show flexibility in the price even though we had a pre approved loan. We purchased the vehicle from out of state and because of not having proper guidance and management of purchasing our new tags it caused three different trips to to MVA. When I called the dealership after the third trip to the DMV I spoke with a representative about the occurrence and ask to speak with a manager she then transferred me to an voice mail. We then had to replace the battery and alternator one day after the warrenty expired which cost us $690. We have purchase many cars over the years only dealing with couple of different dealerships because of their great customer service. The vehicle was a difficult find and we decided to venture out because of wanting this vehicle. A lessoned learned to stay where you know you will receive good customer service. More
