Ange is a great saleswomen. She is easy to deal with and does what she says she is going to do. I have bought a few cars from her and I would highly recommend her just don't drive to fast on the test drive does what she says she is going to do. My 2014 Mustang was hit from the rear and received moderate damage. Rose Coleman that works in the Body shop was very helpful working with the insurance company to get the car repaired quickly. The usual stuff from him, got better GAP insurance from my credit union and extended warranty might be better through Ford Credit than the dealer's lender, Crapital One. 1500 miles so far and very happy. It was kind of a rough start. I have several aftermarket products on my truck that Sheehy Ford body shop had to track down. It took some work and a couple of visits but it was successfully completed. I purchased my Ford Escort at Sheehy in 11/11. Love the car & never had a problem until a couple of weeks ago. I called Sheehy's service dept. & set up an appointment to drop it off. I was greeted there by car & never had a problem until a couple of weeks ago. I called Sheehy's service dept. & set up an appointment to drop it off. I was greeted there by a friendly staff. I told them what the problem was, and they explained they would check to verify & call me. They called the next day. The problem was no longer covered under my warrenty because of miles driven. It was not a small fix. I had contacted Ford (not Sheehy) to see if they could help me out because I felt the part should have lasted years. The Ford customer service offered a small reduction in cost. I was going back and forth with Ford and Frank Racut. He was kind and understanding of my situation. He knew I had a valid concern with regard to the problem and the cause. Ford customer service wouldn't budge. They weren't rude, but I felt slighted. I called Frank Racut and told him to go ahead with the repair, but wasn't satisfied. He was courteous, friendly and understanding. Two days later, Frank called to say my car was ready to pick up. He asked if I wanted to know the damage (price) I said yes. When he gave me my total I was stunned! Sheehy stepped up and gave me more than ever expected! It's a rare thing these days to have a company that stands up for their customers and make sure it's done right! Thank you so much Frank and Sheehy Ford. You're guaranteed we'll be coming back to make future purchases. More

After we bought our vehicle we had some questions and we called and left voicemails and they would never return our call. My husband finally had to call the manager to get any help. They told us our loan was through one bank but we never got a statement and when we called, the bank said they had no records on us, so we have no clue who our loan is through and are waiting to hear back from them once again on who they financed through. This experience has been the worst overall experience we have had with buying a car. We will not be going up there for anything else. More
After several weeks of research, my wife and I went to sheehy to take a look at their 2013 Fiestas, whereupon we had the pleasure of working with John Clampitt, the salesman assigned to us. He was extraor sheehy to take a look at their 2013 Fiestas, whereupon we had the pleasure of working with John Clampitt, the salesman assigned to us. He was extraordinarily friendly and polite, and both his extensive knowledge and calm demeanor put us at ease. My wife and I returned a day later to get into the nitty gritty of making a purchase, and John and his co-worker Louis went out of their way to help us find the financing we needed to make a successful first purchase. The car we wanted wasn't on the lot, so John himself drove several hours out of the way to have our car delivered the next day. He even went so far as to pick us up from our home when we didn't have a ride to the dealership. My wife and I are a young couple just beginning our adult lives, and everyone at Sheehy did their best to make us feel welcome and cared for. Marc Anthony, the GM of Sheehy (and wife of Cleopatra)) extended his personal thanks to us on our purchase. All in all, a fantastic experience. My wife and I will definitely be getting our future car from these folks, and I cannot recommend them enough. More
