Straight to the point, The dealership is terrible from their finance department to their tax, tag and titling group. Very inconsistent and deplorable. It took 7 months to get a refund on a policy that I cancelled 3 times including at the time of purchase. It took 6 months for the dealership to get the information to DMV and at that, I had to get a second set of plates from their due to the mistakes Sheehy of Warrenton made during my transaction. Spoke with Sales manager and the general manager and it still took 3 months to get this done. Pathetic! I can honestly say that the price on the vehicle was ok, but take cash or have your financing secured before going in and do your own work. T More
I have had my 07 E 250 in for periodic service and repair, and each time I am in I feel like I am treated with courtesy and respect, which is rare in today's automotive climate. I recently needed a set of new brakes. Sheehy was recommended by my daughter. Mr. Morris Page was the representative that I dealt with on this visit. I was driving on Route 29 and my service light went on in my car and I was worried since it said to bring in to the nearest dealer asap. SInce there are no Mercedes in the area, I pulled in Ford (our other my car and I was worried since it said to bring in to the nearest dealer asap. SInce there are no Mercedes in the area, I pulled in Ford (our other vehicle is a Ford truck) so thought I would stop in with my car. I was greeted by Morris and he was so accommodating. Not only did he put me at ease, that the service message Check light - lamp defective message was not urgent and offered to provide a new bulb, but my tire pressure was low, which he filled and checked all the tires and made sure I was safe to go! That was very comforting. I will come back with our Ford truck, since the service was top-notch and the people, represented by Morris was exceptional. More

Her excellent customer service from when I knew her then, continues today at your Sheehy Ford team in Warrenton VA. We bought two cars from your team at the Sheehy Nissan in Manassas 2011 and 2012. Since your dealership is closer to Warrenton, we just bring both cars down to Crystal and your team to service both cars. We have been extremely satisfied each and every time we came down and interacted with her. She hasn't changed a bit, always courteous, reassuring, friendly, very professional and has always asked if we need a ride home, she is just a great fit for your team. Please clone her, if every dealership had a team of Crystal Ammerman's on board, you would always have future sales and service customers. As long as we live here in Warrenton, VA we will continue to have Crystal and your team take care of us. She is a true blessing and should be recognized for her Outstanding Customer Service. I bought a used 2010 Ford Fusion from this dealership and had a wonderful experience. The sales people weren't pushy and following me around the dealership like I experienced at other dealerships. My salesman, Shawn, was very knowledgeable about all the cars I was interested in and showed me all the different gadgets in the cars (I'm a gadgets person). I felt bad that I was taking up his time and was being indecisive but Shawn kept telling me to take my time and saying it is a big purchase and there is no need to rush, which I really appreciated. I kept going back and forth between a Fusion and a Focus and Shawn took me out on several test drives to allow me to feel the difference and comfort of the cars. Even a few days prior to my purchase he had a car delivered from another location so that I could see it in person and test drive it and wasn't at all pushing me to purchase it even though they had it delivered just for me. Once I finally decided on the Fusion the financing process was well explained to me and quick, took only about 30 minutes! I ended up also purchasing the Sheehy VIP package which gives me free oil changes for the life of the car, free inspections, free tire rotation and discounts on other services. I will be going to Shawn for all my future purchases. I highly recommend everyone to work with him. More
I was looking for an affordable used car and Phil was so helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel comfortable while I tried to make my decision. I had to trade my car in and was not certain what would be the best choice so he gave me several options and made me feel comfortable while I went through all my choices. He helped me select a used Ford Edge and I have been very pleased. I can't thank him enough for making my purchase a little less stressful for me. I am a single mom trying to make these decisions and I was a little nervous, but felt he guided me honestly and fairly. I would recommend getting Phil's advice on future purchases. My daughter will be needing a new car soon and we will definitely be giving him a call. More

My son and daughter in law have purchased vehicles from Phil in the past and suggested I stop in to see what he thought would be a good car for her. I so appreciated how helpful yet how he wasn't pushy and understood I wasn't going to purchase for another few months. He assured me he would be on the look out and would keep me posted the time got closer. My family has always trusted his opinion and have always been able to rely on him to put us in safe, affordable cars. I will definitely be calling him in May to help me select the perfect car for her graduation gift. If you are thinking of purchasing a new or used car any time soon I suggest giving Phil Lamma a call - he is friendly and will go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I thought the car was out of my reach but I got a fantastic price and finance rate on this car as Chris said I would, he delivered. I couldn't be happier. I was always told that I would/should never go to buy a car alone as I may get "ripped off" But with Chris as my salesman I never felt alone and I never got "ripped off" The whole experience was great and I would definitely go back to Sheehy Ford of Warrenton for my future purchases as they have exceptional customer service and friendly staff. I came into Sheehy Ford with the expectation of looking at used cars and thought owning a new car was unaffordable. I felt no pressure and we found a new Ford Focus that was in my monthly price range. I am totally impressed with the way Ford has made a comeback and is now very competitive with other top performers. I believe Doug was most helpful in finding the right fit for a vehicle. He answered thoroughly any questions I had about the vehicle, financing, or performance. The finance associate was also very kind and informative. I would highly recommend Sheehy Ford as a dealer and Doug Owens for sales. I normally dread shopping for a vehicle, but they made the experience much less stressful and very pleasant. More
