Wonderful service - Knights in Shining Armor I was traveling through Warrenton today on my way to Lexington VA w/horse trailer in tow when my 2011 F150's check engine light went on and my vehicle I was traveling through Warrenton today on my way to Lexington VA w/horse trailer in tow when my 2011 F150's check engine light went on and my vehicle was misfiring. I spoke Ben McFadden, service advisor, and he assured me to bring my truck to Sheehy Ford and they would take care of me. The staff had me park my vehicle in such a way to have the horses out of the hot sun and Robert Whiteacre worked on the issue of a bad coil. Ben McFadden was very understanding that I was traveling with my horses and I needed to have service immediately and their mechanics took immediate care of diagnosing and repairing the issue with my truck. Within an hour, the truck was fixed and I was on my way to Lexington, VA with my horses. The attention to someone that was not a customer of Sheehy Ford seeing I live in DE. I was amazed at the quick, timely and efficient service. My Knights in Shinning Armor. Over payed Never called when car was done. Bill was not correct. Old parts was not saved so I could see them. Then over charge me for plugs I could of got them f Never called when car was done. Then over charge me for plugs I could of got them from there parts dept. for 3.00 less They told me bill would be around 650.00 got there bill was 800.00. They said plugs wouldn't come out but when I call they told me all went good no problems they did adjust bill To 633.00. I had problems with old ford deal and haven't been back for 10 years I will not be back. Check your bill Mechanic did good job car runs great. Could had same job done at manassas battlefield ford for 580.00. More

I wanted a specific color that was hard to get hold of, the Ruby Red F-250 Lariat, FX model. Chris Ricketts(sales Manager) diligently worked with me over the phone to find and get what appeared to be the only one within several hundred miles. Tony Habibi was also corresponding with my on email and helped me close the deal. I am thrilled with my new truck and the color is even nicer than I had hoped. Worse place to do anything So today my wife showed me another thing that has gone wrong. Ford has gone down hill. Now the inside trim is lifting. I make appointments and when I go there bam they say you don't have one I have wasted so much gas having to do there if I didn't have bio with them I would just go somewhere else. I set up an appointment, after having to call and find out myself that my part arrived. When I arrived, the SM was was not only rude, but cursed openly about the problem I brought my car in for. When I mentioned that it still had a wheel balance problem that appeared to not be on the appointment, he became even more annoyed, asking I I was sure about having the vibration. He then spouted about why he would probably not be able to finish in one day, describing how hard it was to test drive the vehicle and take the door panel off. I told him that I would be happy to take a few days off work to accommodate his troubles fixing the car and left. I have no intention of returning and will get a refund for my VIP service i purchased since I'm sure oil changes are also too troubling for them to handle. More
Not good I purchased a Ford F-250. Paid cash. And was told I would recieve my title in 2 weeks. It's over 2 months now. I call the owner, manage twice and h I purchased a Ford F-250. Paid cash.
