Customer service is very important to us and we truly care about our customers which is why we went ahead and reimbursed you for the $1,500 of work that was done on the vehicle at a dealership down in Florida to fix the original issue. I truly hope you understand that since the vehicle is not here for us to take a look at and is still in Florida, we unfortunately just can't continue to reimburse for work done by someone else on separate issues.
