I then called him to ask questions by phone rather than email. Satisfied with the responses, we scheduled a test drive and traveled over 6 hours from Bluefield, VA to the Sheehy of Warrenton, VA location. Amazingly, the truck was EXACTLY as Mr Stiles said it was. NO SURPRISES when we arrived (this was a good thing) he did not misrepresent anything and was knowledgeable about every feature the truck had. He was able to explain every button and switch to me. He worked with the service dept to download and update the navigation system and got the truck washed and ready. Throughout the process, he continued to check with us in the lounge area to keep us updated on the progress. We could not have asked for anything more of Mr Stiles. I am happy with the deal and the experience I had with Mr Gary Stiles. More

Bait and switch Called ahead to make sure they had the truck i saw on their web page and if it was still available. Sales manager said yes it was still on the lot. He said it would be there. Called again before i made the 60 mile trip, same sales manager told me it was out front and they where looking forward to showing it to me. I drove 60 miles and they showed me a truck that was 20k more expencive, told me they couldn't get the other truck off the storage lot because the key for the gate at the lot was lost. Ran the vin on the truck, turns out it was at a totally diffrent store 120 miles from me, 60 miles away from that store in Warrenton. Lies, bait and switch... read on line reviwes all over the internet, they do this kind of thing a lot.. More
