My husband found a 2016 Black Ford F150 online at the website TrueCar, located at Sheehy Ford, he messaged the salesman on March 16, 2019 to see if the truck was still available and Chris told him it was and he made arrangements to go see the truck the following day and told him we would be there around noon. The morning of the 17th of March my husband messaged Chris, the salesman and told him we were running late, asked for the address and said we would be there early afternoon. We arrived at the dealership about 2pm on the 17th, Chris came out and met us and gave us a temp tag and the keys to take the truck for a spin and try it out, also stating how lucky we were because a tow truck from the other dealership location had shown up to pick up the truck because someone else was interested but that since we had gotten there if we wanted the truck it was ours. We took the truck for a drive, came back and told Chris we wanted the truck and proceeded to do paperwork to as Chris said "assure the truck is yours" and then waited to see the finance manager to finalize everything. At this point we had probably been there about and hour and a half and Chris came to us and said there was a problem, that in the system as they were trying to finalize the paperwork it said the truck was already showing SOLD, but he assured us this was a mistake and once again said the truck was ours and asked us to sit in the customer service area to wait on the finance manager. We sat in the customer service area about 30 to 45 minutes and finally the sales manager came to us by himself and said he was sorry to inform us there had been a mistake and that apparently the truck had actually been sold the previous evening and that we could not purchase the truck. He never even made eye contact with my husband but proceeded to tell me this information and say how sorry he was. There are so many things wrong with this scenario, when my husband talked to the salesman the evening before, why didn't he know the truck was sold, why didnt he know the next morning or even the afternoon before we drove an hour and a half to the dealership to buy a truck that wasn't even available? We literally drove an hour and a half away on my husbands only day off of the week and wasted time and gas on a useless trip only to be told the dealership had dropped the ball and didn't even know a truck showing in their inventory was SOLD More

Disappointed at 1st, but then they stepped up!! I scheduled an appointment for my 2016 Ford Escape online, for several issues. I did have some problems with communication with a couple of the staff members. But when I called the manager, he was extremely receptive of my concerns, and he handled it 100%. At the time, I had definitely decided never to go back, but I now will definitely go there next time. I never expect perfection, or mistake- free. I just want to be treated with respect. No returned phone calls from Servicing for a Week. We brought our car in for a Power Steering issue. The warranty covered 150,000 and our vehicle has 151,000 and they are telling us we have to pay $2,200 to have it fixed. We are local customers and bought this car from Sheehy thinking they would be our dealership for life but after this experience we will purchase our next Ford from somewhere else. The worst part was the lack of concern for us as customers. We called every day for a week with the promise that our case manager would call back and never heard anything. We resulted in calling Ford directly and was told the dealership should have registered our information when we initially purchased the car from them- but seems like Sheehy dropped the ball there, too. It has now been 5 days with no information from the service department, no resolution and a week with two young kids and full-time jobs and no car. More

BUYER BEWARE!! Buyer beware! My wife and i bought a Explorer on Saturday from Sheehy of Warrenton. The explorer is great but we have a few issues with the sale. Buyer beware! During the test drive we were unable to try the park assist because the sales man said "sorry but we don't do that here". At the time i said no problem but after we bought it we still don't know how to use it. Granted before we left he did ask if we had any questions but at the time we felt we couldn't use it the first time why ask again. The main reason for the one star review is the Finance department, Luis Chavez. This guy is a smooth talker and will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign. We were well above the requirements for tier 0 financing, which is excellent credit, so you would think they wouldn't play games and give us the best rate.....nope. They originally gave us 7.5% and said its Ford Credits fault because that's the number they gave him. He also said the rates have gone up since i bought my work vehicle 6 months ago at 5.5% (business loans are always higher then personal but rates also do not go up that much in a 6 month time). After a while of going back and forth he said he would "make a phone call Monday" and get it to 6.5% and we could sign the paperwork now. The next day i called Ford Credit to see why the rates were so high. They said they do not control the rate and you have to negotiate with the dealer. So basically, Ford Credit gives them a baseline interest rate and the dealer will add onto that rate as they see fit. Do yourself a favor if you want a Ford, go somewhere else to get it! You will save a ton! More
Unprofessional poor service quotes. I received a quote to have the Spark Plugs replaced on our 2010 Ford Escape and also ask how much additional to replace the Valve Cover Gasket since t I received a quote to have the Spark Plugs replaced on our 2010 Ford Escape and also ask how much additional to replace the Valve Cover Gasket since they could get that done easy while doing the Plugs. They quoted me 450.00 for the job which seem to be a good rate considering the Labor. I make my appt. And dropped the Vehicle as planned. One hour later they called and said, they mis quoted and now it was going to cost 950.00 because they priced it wrong and didnt understand the scope of work...REALLY!! Never again will I go back..Bad customer service and poor experince# More
A great buying experience I had initially been email with Jason, but when my wife and I went into Sheehy, we met with Gary Stiles. Even though it was later in the evening, Gary I had initially been email with Jason, but when my wife and I went into Sheehy, we met with Gary Stiles. Even though it was later in the evening, Gary took his time and listened to us, walked us through what our different options were, and found us the right truck based on our requirements. Gary applied no pressure and made the whole buying experience enjoyable. We'll definitely go back to Sheehy and I will recommend them to our friends. Luis in Finance was also very helpful and had us in and out quickly. That was much appreciated. More
Pleasant, Efficent and Truthful I found the truck I wanted on line and emailed Sheehy about it. Gary Stiles happened to answer and be our contact point/salesman. I then called him to ask questions by phone rather than email. Satisfied with the responses, we scheduled a test drive and traveled over 6 hours from Bluefield, VA to the Sheehy of Warrenton, VA location. Amazingly, the truck was EXACTLY as Mr Stiles said it was. NO SURPRISES when we arrived (this was a good thing) he did not misrepresent anything and was knowledgeable about every feature the truck had. He was able to explain every button and switch to me. He worked with the service dept to download and update the navigation system and got the truck washed and ready. Throughout the process, he continued to check with us in the lounge area to keep us updated on the progress. We could not have asked for anything more of Mr Stiles. I am happy with the deal and the experience I had with Mr Gary Stiles. More
