I numerous occasions I have expressed concern over their excessive costsFor example ad most recently $450 for rear pads and rotors or over $100 for a cabin filter. I have spoken to the service manager before and was unhappy with his unwillingness to understand my concerns. More

Disappointing There will never be a next time for service of my vehicle at Sheehy. $194 for a diesel truck oil change and tire.rotation is steep. Not to mention a vehicle inspection in which I did not ask for. Although I did not pay for the inspection( they took the cost off), the very idea of not understanding the customer's needs is unacceptable. Reason two, F250 death wobble I brought my f250 in about the wobble and was told it was tire pressure problem. The problem remained despite maintaining tire pressure. I finally had to purchase a steering kit myself to mitigate the problem. That is a shame for a vehicle still under warranty. Which has led to my decision never to buy a Ford again. Not because they are bad truck, but the idea that they do not stand behind their product and make issues right for the customer. More
