Ok initial buying experience, but we were told in writing we would receive a second key fob by both the salesman and general manger. After more than 9 phone calls in 2 months to the dealership requesting the we would receive a second key fob by both the salesman and general manger. After more than 9 phone calls in 2 months to the dealership requesting the promised key we still do not have a key. Empty promises to call us back and/or send us another key fob I am now forced to start spreading the word about their lack of integrity. Buy at your own risk from these guys! More

Sheehy has very nice service reps. Always working to help you however Sheehy’s business model for service is maximize the consumer costs. I have three Ford vehicles so in the past I have relied on their Serv you however Sheehy’s business model for service is maximize the consumer costs. I numerous occasions I have expressed concern over their excessive costsFor example ad most recently $450 for rear pads and rotors or over $100 for a cabin filter.
