Crystal was very pleasant and helpful when I lost my truck key due the recent snow and ice storm in our area. She also had my truck serviced for the 50,000 mile check up while I was waiting for my key truck key due the recent snow and ice storm in our area. She also gave me paperwork to try to get reimbursed for my lost truck key since I bought the 2 maintenance agreements hoping that it be covered under the contracts. More

Good salesman but a less than smooth purchase of a truck last summer given that they took 2 weeks to come to my house to tow away the disabled vehicle that I traded to them. We took the Explorer in for a checkup and had a good experience, as we have come to expect at Sheehy. Their friendly staff were expecting us and were familiar with previous servicing and what needed to experience, as we have come to expect at Sheehy.
