Bryce in sales was first class. Facility and coffee bar were very nice. Steve in service was personally very nice but I feel I got totally ripped off. $182 for changing four lug nuts is ridiculous. With the proper manual wrench I could have done the job in 15 minutes. I feel the service department took advantage of the fact that another Ford dealer, no longer in business, lost the wheel lock wrench. I will not return to Sheehy if I need warranty or recall services. More
