We had a great experience at Sheehy. We found our Explorer ST on car gurus and sent an email inquiry in the middle of the night. The next day I had an email and phone call from Sheehy. When I calle Explorer ST on car gurus and sent an email inquiry in the middle of the night. The next day I had an email and phone call from Sheehy. When I called back I spoke to Matt the sales manager. He told me that vehicle had not been delivered. The next day Justin, our salesman called and informed us the ST had been delivered. I called back and worked out the price with Matt over the phone. No surprises and the internet price was already a great price. (I shopped at least 10 dealers over the phone) We had to wait almost a week to make the 2 hour drive to pick up the ST. When we got there, after the test drive Justin spent almost an hour explaining all the new technology to my wife. Justin was a super nice guy and he knew the answer to every question. I was very impressed. The finance office was quick and we were on the road headed home. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had and I have bought quite a few. More

Thanks to Matt I was able to do much of the preparatory work remotely, which I appreciated with regard to the current pandemic crisis. My salesman, Mathias Nace, was extremely accommodating, and made everything simple and smooth. I was also impressed with his product knowledge, and commitment to making sure I understood the features of the vehicle before I had to operate it solo. In finance I dealt with Luis Chavez, who explained everything to me, completely and transparently, and made sure I was comfortable with the process. At no point did I feel hurried, pressured, or harassed. Overall the entire experience was very positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend Sheehy Ford Warrenton as a great place to buy a car. As for Mathias, he's just the best! If you are thinking of buying a new car ask for Mathias personally to assist with your car-buying needs at Sheehy Ford Warrenton, and you won't be disappointed. I kept that appointment.. After waiting an hour in the waiting room, I was told that Sheehy didn’t have the part. I didn’t get the promised car wash and I didn’t get the job done. I was told they would order the part and call me. Two weeks later, having received no call that the part was in, I called. Then I was told the part still was not in. Two more weeks passed, and having received no call again, I called. With the COVID-19 thing, like so many people, I have been home a lot. I have received many calls. This time, however, I was told that I was called repeatedly and each time my phone hung up on the service man, Mike. As I said, I was home pretty much all the time, and received other calls, so I just do not believe Mike. I did schedule an appointment for just a couple days after that, finally, on June 4, 2020, and got the job done, a factory recall if you remember, but this kind of lack of attention and follow through is why I do not get my service done at Sheehy. Incidentally, I also did not get the courtesy car wash, as promised by the website. More
