I had a powersteering hose replaced. 1402 miles later I lost my powersteering. I discovered that the new hose was against the exhaust pipe and had burned through. Sheehy did replace the hose and paid for the towing. What they didn't do is apologize for the problem and they didn't clean the underside of my car which I specifically told the service writer I expected them to do. It also took 3 days of driving for the smell of burned oil to go away. I am very disappointed in the initial work that was done and even more disappointed in the follow up service. What I would have done is apologize for the initial problem, clean the car inside and out and ask if there is anything that I could do. Really Sheehy, is that too much to ask? More

This is the third time I have bought a vehicle at this dealership and the third time I have been amazed at how efficient, courteous and nice the people are. We were greeted and treated like their best customers. Bill goin was an excellent salesperson, personable knowledgeable and low pressure. Allison Vincent was friendly and very helpful with service packages and extras explaining what was included and what the cost would, again no pressure just facts. Robbie Childress was one of the best finance people I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Straight forward and friendly. With this team you can't go wrong and neither can Sheehy. More
The service advisor claimed that my warranty company was difficult to get in contact with and this prevented me from getting my car back in a timely fashion. Repairs were completed the same day (8/17/23) I difficult to get in contact with and this prevented me from getting my car back in a timely fashion. Repairs were completed the same day (8/17/23) I brought my car in but I wasn’t able to retrieve my car until (8/21/23). I spoke with my warranty company on 5 separate occasions over the course of my car being at Ford. When I spoke with the company they shared that they’d made several efforts to coordinate with the service advisor. I also struggled to get in contact with the service advisor while my car was at Sheehy. I was not informed that the service advisor was out 8/18/23 and got the runaround whenever I called Sheehy. I was rerouted several times only to be sent back to the operator and told that someone would contact me. This wasn’t my first experience with Sheehy and something similar happened with the lack of communication during my last service there. I will be finding a new Ford location to have work done on my car moving forward. More
Steven and his parts and service crew got me out of a bind. My car broke down in richmond over 500 miles from home. Steven and his crew were able to obtain the one part they needed from another dealer an bind. My car broke down in richmond over 500 miles from home.
