Lease Buy Out I recently contacted Sheehy Ford of Richmond because I had leased a 2015 Ford Explorer and my Lease term had ended. My wife and I loved the vehicle a I recently contacted Sheehy Ford of Richmond because I had leased a 2015 Ford Explorer and my Lease term had ended. My wife and I loved the vehicle and had decided we wanted to buy the lease. When I contacted the dealership the sales person I spoke with was Rex Dix and I can’t even begin to say enough about what an amazing sales experience it became. I was a little unsure of how the process would work but Rex did an amazing job of breaking down all the details and keeping me well informed of what was going on. Rex had amazing follow up and not one time did I ever have to follow up with him or try to find out what was going on. In order to make things easier for me he even went as far as to have all the lease buy out paper work printed and ready to go for my visit to the dealership. WOW what an amazing time saver that proved to be. Rex was not only professional, courteous, and honest but never came off as a “pushy” salesperson. I can tell from my sales experience he puts his customers first and even though I’m sure he had other customers he was working with he really made me feel like I was a top priority. Rex never pushed or begged for a sale, he asked for the opportunity to EARN my business and that is exactly what he did. I would give the highest possible recommendation to any and all friends and family to go see Rex Dix at Sheehy Ford. Once I spoke to Seth I filled an app out online, had the deal setup prior to arrival (living 2+hrs away) so that me & my family (which includes an active 2 yr old) could get in and out of the dealership efficiently. Patrick had the lender & dmv paperwork prepared upon our arrival. Seth had the vehicle clean and waiting with a full tank of gas! Talk about efficient customer service with a friendly atmosphere! I bought a new 2016 Fusion SE Hybrid and have been very happy with the vehicle. My son't car was rear ended on I-95 and it was totaled. We didn't have a lot of time to shop around and I knew this dealership would give me a fair deal. They took into consideration that we needed a car in a hurry for my son to drive back and forth to work. We bought a 2014 Fusion SE because of the experience I have had with my Fusion. Although the car we bought is not a hybrid I think my son will get decent gas mileage and will also be driving a safe car. More
