Extremely dissatisfied customer ***UPDATE*** After a very nice experience purchasing my car, I have to to update my review based the exceptionally poor service I have received follo ***UPDATE*** After a very nice experience purchasing my car, I have to to update my review based the exceptionally poor service I have received following my purchase. When I made the purchase, at the encouragement of the business manager, I added the optional Key Care service. I was told (and also had in writing) I could cancel the service with no penalty within 30 days and receive a full refund. Within 2 weeks I cancelled the service. I spoke with business manager Wes Taylor and provided him the necessary forms to cancel the service. I was told it could take up to 60 days to process. This was on February 2, 2019. It is now almost June and to date I have still not received a refund. After 60 days I tried to contact Wes Taylor via email, and also the salesman Rex Dix to find out the status. Neither responded. I eventually spoke to another business manager, Patrick, on April 5 and was asked to provide more documentation. I provided the documentation and was told I should receive the refund in about 30 days. To date I have not received the refund, and no response to text messages I have sent to Patrick. I am extremely dissatisfied with the follow up interactions I have had with this dealership and I will be pursuing further actions to have my money refunded. Rex and the crew at Sheehy took great care of me. The buying experience was excellent, and Rex delivered on everything he promised. Sheehy is a good drive away from where I live, but I will definitely consider taking that ride again the next I'm in the market for a vehicle. Thank you for the 5 star service! More

I went to a few other dealerships before making this purchase, and I ended up choosing this particular vehicle so I could deal with William because of his excellent customer service. Got car back and noticed right away that the car was running very sluggish with poor acceleration. Shortly after the check engine light came on. Took the car back to Ford service center and was told that a slit was found in the boost hose. Well, got my car back the second time and noticed absolutely no difference in the way it was performing. It still had no acceleration and continued to run horribly. The car was taken back to Ford and this time I insisted that my service advisor take a ride with me so that he can see for himself how poorly the car was performing. These are suppose to be trained certified technicians and it really bothered me how this problem continued to go unaddressed when the car was supposed to have been taken for a test drive. The response I got from the service advisor after he drove the vehicle was that "the car is running just fine and to give the new engine time to brake in) Wow! I couldn't believe what I was hearing and this really made me question the level and type of service I was given. Well... 1hr later, after i had already taken my car back to them twice, the check engine light came on again! This time I put my own scanner on the car and got a P0299 under boost code. I decided to take the car to Car Max where the vehicle was purchased to have their technicians look at it. After running their diagnostic, they confirmed the same code and after further investigation, they found that there was a valve stuck in the closed position. In more technical terms, the Wastegate solenoid was not responding to manual command. They had to order a part and after replacing it I can finally say that my car is performing as it should now. Kootos to the guys at Car Max. Patrick and his team did an awesome job. I would not recommend anyone to take their car to this Ford service center if they expect A1 quality service. This is a classic scenario that you don't need to take your Ford vehicle to their repair center assuming they are more qualified to repair Ford models. You only need to have it serviced at a place where the technicians know what they're doing. In addition to all the problems I continued to have after picking my car up from Ford, they placed a sticker on my window reminding me that my next oil change is at 169,521mi. The engine only had 48,000mi on it before it was replaced and now has new one. Somebody is definitely not paying attention to what they are doing at this place!!!! I do not know the names of those who directly worked on my car but for this survey I had to select names in order to submit it. Please keep this in mind. More
