On November 14, 2011 I went to Sheehy Ford to purchase a used 2011 Ford Ranger Sport as a present for my youngest son. Within 2 1/2 hours I was out the door having purchased the vehicle, and I felt I got a used 2011 Ford Ranger Sport as a present for my youngest son. Within 2 1/2 hours I was out the door having purchased the vehicle, and I felt I got a good deal. I did not take delivery that day since the vehicle had a recall for the front center arm rest, and the dealership had to apply the undercoating and paint protection treament to the vehicle. The dealership contacted me on November 16th stating that I could pick up the vehicle on November 17th. On the morning of November 17th I received a voice message on my cell phone from Aaron Parson statint that unfortunately, I would not be able to purchase the vehicle. Apparently there were two individuals on the title of the Ranger that was traded in, and one of the parties refused to sign the title. Needless to say my wife and I were not pleased with the situation. On the afternoon of November 17th I responded to Sheehy Ford to get an explanation and to look at another Ford Ranger that the dealership recommended. The Ranger was a new 2011 XLT model. After some negotiation with the sales manager, we purchased the vehicle. In totality, our experience at Sheehy Ford was good. We were not happy about the deal falling through on the first vehicle. However, the dealership did work with us to resolve the issue by providing us with a good deal on a new Ford Ranger. Of note, we were pleased with our sales person, Aaron Parson, and the finance manager, Jordan Fooks. Aaron was very responsive and kept us in the loop on things via email and by telephone. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Sheehy Ford. I was in the market for an economical car choice and Aaron helped me narrow the window of what I should be looking at. Once the decision was made about the type of car, Ford Focus, I then told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range. He found me a car literally within an hour of knowing my specs. The deal went seamlessly with no pressure to "get me in a car today". This was actually the first time that I didn't experience that type of sales tactic. Very professional staff from Aaron and Ryan, to the finance people. Ryan went out of his way to make right on the one issue I had with no key FOBs. I will definately be recommending the folks at Sheehy to my friends and family who will be car shopping. More

I entered the Midlothian, Va, Sheehy Ford commercial sales lot just to get an idea of what I would need to get into a new F 250. I was looking around and saw some trucks that seemed affordable. This is an important factor for me being a sole proprietor contractor in this economy. I drive an averge of 100 - 150 miles per day and the F 250 I had was up to 229,000+ miles. Still running good but I felt it was time. As I was looking around, I was aproached by Gill Sykes. I explained my situation to him and told him what I needed. He started checking out the inventory and could not find the truck I needed so he and the manager went online to find one. When I got there the next evening, The truck was the right body and drive train but the wrong xl package. We talked about what I needed in the truck (ie. cruise and door pockets) and they went to work finding and getting me what I wanted. When I came to pick up the new truck this time, I was pleased to find they had gotten the one I wanted except it was better due to the way Ford is arranging the packages. I was expecting the old price increase line due to the truck being substancialy better equipt than I was looking for. It never happened. I came in hoping to get a remaining 2011 and due to the ernest perserverance of the folks at this dealer, I left with a nice 2012 that exceeded my expectations. The inconveinences I experienced was more a result of Ford Corporations confusing xl packages. I might add the dealer went the extra mile to give what I needed. Our family has been Chevrolet owners every since before I was born and my mother chose the Mustang because it is AMERICAN made and she likes the great looks. She also really enjoyed driving the car. The performance impressed both of us! I currently own a '82 Corvette, but my next new Muscle Car wil be a MUSTANG from Sheehy Ford as long as I can buy it from Craig Miller. I like his overall performance as a salesman. Ther was no high pressure impatience to sell the car! I wish all sales personel were like him. It was doing business with Craig and the other personel of heehy Ford! More
I came to your dealership looking for a Ford Focus I saw on the internet. After talking to Craig the price was a little more than we could afford. Well Craig went the extra mile to find what we were looking for in a price, mileage, and car that fit our search. Craig did a wonderful job getting us through the process. He introduced us to his sales manger Ryan that help in getting the car we purchased from another dealer in Maryland. The financing went smooth with the help of Jordan. I'm very pleased with the deal, service, and politeness we receive from your staff. I'm from WV and came there to help my daughter find a car and needless to say we came to the right dealership. If the service department takes care of my daughter the way the sales department did then you have a great team. More

When Craig showed up things got extremely easier. His performance exuded the perfect balance for a salesman. I never felt any type of pressure about purchasing any vehicle. I was very specific of the type and model car I wanted to purchase. I was looking for a used 2010 Ford Fusion SEL in Metallic Blue. I located two of this model thru AutoTrader.com at two of the Sheehy fami purchase. I was looking for a used 2010 Ford Fusion SEL in Metallic Blue. I located two of this model thru AutoTrader.com at two of the Sheehy family of dealerships. I contacted Nathan Bonds at Sheehy's Richmond VA dealership about one of the cars. Because his dealership was several hours away, Nathan worked with me to evaluate the car without my setting foot inside the dealership. When Nathan discovered the car he and I were discussing had already been sold to another customer, he located and retrieved the other car I had mentioned from the other dealership, personally went over the car thoroughly, and contacted me promptly. His recommendations prompted me place a deposit on the car without ever even seeing the car in person. In the meantime, I was contacted by Niki George, business manager @ Sheehy Richmond, who took my information by email and phone. She arranged an excellent financing deal thru her resources. When my wife and I walked into the dealership yesterday (Sat), we were promptly greeted and escorted to meet with Nathan. Nathan showed us the car, taking the time to review its various features. Without asking, he even pointed out the flaws he found with the car during his initial inspection. His final opinion was this car was a better car than the one I lost. My wife and I both believed he was giving us his honest opinion of the car. I found no issues during the test drive and I told Nathan I wanted to purchase the car. After completing the necessary paperwork with Niki, we left very pleased with our purchase. I would recommend both Nathan and Niki to anyone thinking of purchasing a car. Thank you both for making it a pleasant experience. Considering the ordeal we went thru to reach the dealership that morning, it is amazing that we even got there. After bad stormy weather and traffic on I-95 turned what should have been a 3 to 3-1/2 hour drive into a 5+ hour marathon, we almost turned back. Both of them made the trip worthwhile. My husband and I went in on a Friday evening to test drive some used cars we saw online. The 2010 was great and everything we really wanted, so Sean suggested we drive it home for the evening. He was so helpful and great to work with - easy-going yet willing to help and do whatever we needed to be happy with the car. He even turned around to go back to the dealership after hours on Friday to help us look for a CD we thought we'd left in another car (which, as it turns out, we didn't). We drove back on Saturday to make the final deal and Sean and the finance manager helped out so much to make the final deal. Their prices were a few thousand less than comparable cars at CarMax and we really felt like we got a great deal on the car. I'd definitely recommend Sheehy Ford - Richmond to anyone looking to buy a new or used Ford vehicle! More
