I search for a Fiesta for my daugther. Ryan came up with a used SEL model and that was the one. Ryan and Chris both had the car brought from the Springfield, va. location when I ask. On the first test drive Chris greeted us and got us going quickly. We signed the papers (a little lengthy process) but it should be expected. We had a list of things needed to be fixed or looked into and those items where taken care of in a prompt manner and I was able to please a very impatient teenager. The only criticism to be given is that the car was offered on the lot and thru out the Sheehy family in the conditon the car was in. When we opened the rear doors the first thing is the door mouldings had come lose and dangled plus some paint dings. I feel the dealership in Springfield. Va. should have never plced it on their lot for sale nor should have they brought it down to the Richmond location without fixes or warning of these issues. That does not say alot for that location and it seemed to be am embarrasment to the Richmond dealership. More
William was awesome to work with. He gave me a great deal on my new Ford Flex and the whole process was complete in a couple of hours (test drive to financing). We drove approximately 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and we found the vehicle and the service to be more than we expected. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the purchase was a very quick and smooth process. I would highly recommend any one who is looking for a vehicle to please consider any of the Sheehy dealerships. More

I initiated my car search via the "True Car" program and Sheehy Ford came in with the best price for the 2012 Ford Explorer that I was interested in. Upon my arrival to the dealership I encounte program and Sheehy Ford came in with the best price for the 2012 Ford Explorer that I was interested in. Upon my arrival to the dealership I encountered Matt Love whom I recognized from his picture on the True Car site. He was with another customer at the time and he greeted me and my family in a warm and friendly manner and assured us that another sales associate would be with us shortly to take care of us. we were then introduced to Chris Shreve who took care of us through the process. Chris worked with me on securing the car that was the best value for my budget and ensured that we were comfortable with our decision. Overall this experience was by far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. My family and I are completely satisfied and woul recommend Sheehy Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They are truly a first class operation! More

My first visit as a VIP Customer in the Service Dept. I had an 8AM appointment and was on time. Greeting was fine, had been told I would be there about an hour. Was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotat had an 8AM appointment and was on time. Greeting was fine, had been told I would be there about an hour. Was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and wash. It took 2 1/2 hours for this. When I asked at 10A about the car, I was told it was being washed....30 minutes later they asked if I wanted it washed? Not sure why they didn't know where it was nor why it would take 30 minutes to wash the outside. They sure didn't vacuum anything or clean the windows on the inside... I sure hope the second visit is better. More

He is the best car salesman I have ever worked with, by far, and I have dealt with quite a few in my 55 years. The "old school" car sales techniques are a big turnoff to me. Josh, on the other hand, was the consummate professional at all times. I will go our of my way to recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle to contact Josh at your dealership. He was very straightforward and made the process easy - took the gamesmanship out of getting a great price. My wife and I quickly narrowed our search down to the Ford Escape - now it was a decision to buy or lease. We looked at the numbers and decided to buy. We chose a base Edge. It had practically everything our "loaded" 2000 Chrysler 300M had on it. It felt solid, was quiet and had plenty of pep. The purchase process went easy and never once did we feel pressured. More
