Sheehy has an excellent reputation in the greater Richmond area. Friends have bought cars at Sheehy and were more than pleased with the overall experience. We were more than pleased with the whole experience. We want to thank Aaron and Nathan for the professionalism shown to us when we bought our 2009 black Lincoln MKZ. Aaron made the buying experience very easy as he answered every question and was patient and kind to us. (We are old folks now. We need people to be kind and patient with us.) You could not ask for a better business manager than Nathan. Nathan was another one that was very kind and patient with us and answered all our questions without skipping a beat. Sheehy Ford has a right to be proud of these two fine people. Both AAron and Nathan are real professionals. Unfortuantely in business today, Aaron and Nathan are the exception rather than the norm. It just amazes me how some companies remain in business as they don't know how to treat customers/clients/patients. More

We found my car online and went to Sheehy at 8:00 at night to look at it. We were greeted by Aaron Parsons and the experience went from 0 to 100 immediately. Not only did I get my Fusion but when I ask night to look at it. We were greeted by Aaron Parsons and the experience went from 0 to 100 immediately. Not only did I get my Fusion but when I asked for a few little extras to be taken care of, not only did Aaron take care of it on the spot he actually went way above my expectations to get me what I wanted on the car. This is a used car and I have been treated as if I was purchasing a 50K new one...I absolutely recommend not only Sheehy but most of all my sales representative Aaron to anyone looking for a new or used car. The car is fantastic and the quality is everything I hoped for in an American car...The service at Sheehey is exceptional and quite honestly we will be returning for my husbands purchase of a new car...Thank you Arron & Sheehey for the great experience... My husband and I decided to splurge and purchase a Mustang convertable. We had rented a 2012 coupe in lava red metallic and loved the color. I searched on the internet and found a 2012 convertable in lava red at Sheehy in Richmond for a very good price. Aaron and Nathan were great to work with. They answered all our questions, we were a little apprehensive about purchasing a car online. We talked to Aaron for the first time on Saturday afternoon and the car was in our driveway in NJ on Wednesday. Awesome service and we love our new car!!! More

This is a bad place to buy a vehicle. here is what happened to me. This man Corey - a sales manager, would not work with me whatsoever and stated that they were just like CarMax, and would not explain happened to me. This man Corey - a sales manager, would not work with me whatsoever and stated that they were just like CarMax, and would not explain or talk about deals or negotiate anything (price, trade in value, financing. I tried to explain that this was only typical of CarMax, and I thought I was at Sheehy Ford. Upon several exchanges, this Corey - Sheehy Ford Sales Manager called me "snide" and then would not allow me to finish questions and statements I had. This experience was awful and I will never go here for any cars, nor recommend to friends, family, coworkers, etc etc... I suggest this place be avoided, unless you, as a customer, like to be treated like garbage. In case anyone from this business even cares about what happened, I was approved by a better car dealership for $24,000.00 credit, bought a very nice car, so good job at losing a significant sale due to poor manners, service, and insulting customers as was explained above. More
Josh Shepard was fantastic. I worked with dealerships in DC [(Koons in Falls Church and Baltimore etc), Ted Britt, Oursman, DARCARS), Richmond (Richmond Ford), Staunton, and Hampton Roads (Hall, Bowditch, B DC [(Koons in Falls Church and Baltimore etc), Ted Britt, Oursman, DARCARS), Richmond (Richmond Ford), Staunton, and Hampton Roads (Hall, Bowditch, Beach Ford, and Wynne) and Josh was more responsive, knowledgeable, and provided better customer service than any of your competitors. He is obviously a very capable employee and should be challenged with greater responsibilities within the company. More
